In order to solve the problems of low water and fertilizer utilization efficiency and lack of comprehensive evaluation of water and fertilizer combination scheme of broccoli in vegetable supply base for Hong Kong in Helan County,Ningxia, the effects of different irrigation and Fertilization on growth, photosynthesis, yield and quality of broccoli were systematically studied by using random block test and binary quadratic orthogonal rotation design,It provides a theoretical basis for efficient water-saving irrigation, yield increasing, quality improving, efficiency increasing and modern ecological irrigation area construction of broccoli. The main results are as follows(1)The effects of irrigation and Fertilization on growth, photosynthesis, yield and quality of broccoli were revealed.Plant height and stem diameter increased with the increase of irrigation and fertilization. The highest plant height, stem diameter and flower ball diameter of w3f3 treatment were 54.4cm,25.81mm and 15.2cm respectively. The diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate(PN),transpiration rate(TR)and stomatal conductance(GS)showed an "m" curve, with the peak values at 10:30 and 13:30,respectively.From the daily average, the highest net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and intercellular carbon dioxide concentration was w3f3,which were 24.68,respectively μmol CO2·m-2·s-1、0.0114mmol H2O·m-2·s-1、0.6020mol H2O·m-2·s-1.277.13μ mol CO2·mol-1。The highest levels of vitamin C and soluble sugar were 719mg/kg and 37.3mg/g,respectively.The highest levels of soluble protein were wlfl and w2fl,which were 5.9mg/g.The highest levels of soluble solids were wif3,w2fl and w3f3,which were 8.9%.The highest levels of nitrate were w1f3,which were 1128mg l kg.The highest yield of w3f3 was 27290.97kg/hm2.Irrigation quota(P=0.011)and fertilization rate(P=0.048)had significant effects on yield(P<0.05).The highest water use efficiency of w2f3 was 14.19kg/m3,and the highest partial Nitrogen productivity of w3fl was 38.78kg/kg.(2)The regression model of broccoli yield quality and water and fertilizer factors and the principal component comprehensive evaluation model were established. The nonlinear regression model of yield, irrigation water use efficiency, water use efficiency, partial Nitrogen productivity, quality and irrigation amount, fertilizer amount was established. The regression coefficient of the model was significant, and the fitting effect was good, which indicated that the model could be used for actual production prediction.Through the analysis of the principal component comprehensive evaluation model, the best comprehensive evaluation score was w3f3 treatment, that is,high water and high fertilizer treatment.Comprehensive consideration, under the conditions of this experiment, the optimal combination of water and fertilizer was high water and high fertilizer w3f3 treatment, that is,the irrigation quota was 2610m3/hm2,the total amount of topdressing was 1800kg/hm2,the irrigation times was 11 times, the fertilization times was 8 times, and the plant height, stem diameter, flower ball diameter, yield, net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular carbon dioxide concentration, vitamin C,soluble sugar, soluble sugar, soluble sugar, total nitrogen, total nitrogen, total nitrogen, total nitrogen, total nitrogen, total nitrogen, total nitrogen, total nitrogen, total nitrogen, total nitrogen, total nitrogen The content of soluble solid is the highest, and the content of nitrate is low.It is suggested that w3f3 is suitable for drip irrigation of broccoli.
