Iron deficiency has become a key factor restricting vegetable yield and quality improvement,in view of the low efficiency of water-fertilizer coupling in agricultural production,the pakchoi and spinach were took as the test object,and adopted a combination of theoretical analysis,experimental research and mathematical model to systematically study the effects of magnetoelectric water irrigation with iron on the growth physiology,yield and quality of pakchoi and spinach and soil water and fertilizer transport characteristics,and the main results are as follows:(1)Magnetoelectric water irrigation could improve the water use efficiency of pakchoi and spinach,increase nutrient accumulation,thereby promoting the growth of plant height,fresh weight above ground of pakchoi and spinach and improving quality.Compared with conventional water irrigation,magnetoelectric water increased the aboveground fresh weight,soluble sugar and soluble protein content of pakchoi and spinach by 8.48%~32.87%,9.81%~13.22%,and 11.11%~19.32%,respectively.Under magnetoelectric water irrigation,the amount of irrigation water and iron concentration had a significant impact on the yield and quality of pakchoi and spinach.When the irrigation water volume was 3000 m3/hm2 and the iron application concentration was 0.15%,the fresh weight of the upper part of the pakchoi was the largest,and when the irrigation water volume was 3300 m3/hm2 and the iron concentration was 0.15%,the fresh weight of the spinach aerial part was the largest.When the irrigation water volume was 2550 m3/hm2 and the iron application concentration was 0.1%and 0.2%,respectively,the soluble sugar content and soluble protein content of pakchoi were the largest.When the irrigation water volume was 2850 m3/hm2 and the iron concentration was 0.15%,the soluble sugar content and soluble protein content of spinach were the largest.(2)Magnetoelectric water irrigation could increase the soil nutrient content of vegetables.Compared with conventional water irrigation,magnetoelectric water increased the total nitrogen,organic carbon and total iron contents of vegetable soil by 5.37%~25.01%,6.45%~17.01%,and 0.27%~2.46%,respectively,and reduced the soil carbon to nitrogen ratio by 2.11%~11.71%.The amount of irrigation water and iron concentration had significant effects on soil total nitrogen and organic carbon content,but did not have significant effects on soil total iron content.When the irrigation water volume was 3000 m3/hm2 and the iron concentration was 0.15%,the total nitrogen and carbon content of pakchoi soil were the largest.W hen the irrigation water volume was 3300 m3/hm2 and the iron concentration was 0.15%,the total nitrogen and carbon content of spinach soil was the largest.(3)The logistic model with effective accumulated temperature as the independent variable could well fit the grow th process of vegetable plant height and aboveground fresh weight under each treatment,and the fitting accuracy was greater than 0.9;the water and fertilizer production function could well simulate the response of spinach yield,soluble sugar content,etc.to irrigation water and iron concentration,and the fitting accuracy was greater than 0.8.(4)According to the structural equation model analysis,the path coefficients of the effects of irrigation water type,irrigation water volume and iron concentration on the yield of pakchoi was 0.341,0.43,and 0.221,the path coefficients of the effect on spinach yield was 0.005,0.124 and 0.011,respectively,the path coefficients of the effects of irrigation water type,irrigation water volume and iron concentration on the quality of pakchoi was 0.542,0.512 and 0.246,and the path coefficients of the influence on spinach quality was 0.257 and 0.257,respectively.0.305,0.063,so the sensitivity of pakchoi to irrigation water type,irrigation water volume and iron concentration was greater than that of spinach.(5)According to the comprehensive quantitative evaluation and analysis of pakchoi and spinach total nitrogen accumulation,total carbon accumulation,aboveground fresh weight,water use efficiency,soluble sugar content and soluble protein content,the optimal treatment of pakchoi was 3000 m3/hm2,and the iron application concentration was 0.15%.The optimal treatment of spinach was 3300 m3/hm2 irrigation water and iron concentration of 0.15%.
