Since the reform and opening up,China’s agriculture has made great achievements in the continuous development.However,the long-term extensive use of agricultural resources such as chemical fertilizers,pesticides and agricultural plastic films has not only promoted the increase of agricultural production,but also caused the shortage of agricultural production resources and rural environmental pollution.This not only breaks the balance of rural ecological environment,but also seriously hinders the green development of agriculture.Therefore,it is very necessary to turn the agricultural factor drive to the development mode driven by agricultural green total factor productivity.In order to realize the green and sustainable development of agriculture,we must effectively change the agricultural development mode.The research on agricultural green total factor productivity not only helps to comprehensively grasp the current situation and problems of agricultural development,but also provides a feasible basis for promoting agricultural green development.Although there are many indicators to measure China’s agricultural green development,agricultural green total factor productivity is of great significance to measure agricultural green development.The traditional total factor productivity does not include environmental pollution factors in the calculation process,and can not accurately reflect the current situation of agricultural development and the productivity of agricultural factors.Therefore,when measuring the quality of agricultural development,environmental factors are usually included,so as to effectively measure agricultural green total factor productivity and accurately analyze its temporal and spatial change trend,so as to provide new ideas for exploring agricultural green development.By sorting out a large number of literatures and related theories,this paper selects the theme of the paper,elaborates on the basic concepts of agricultural green total factor productivity and agricultural total factor productivity,combines economy,resources and environment to analyze the general situation of my country’s agricultural development,and through non-The radial and non-angular SBM-ML index method is used to measure the agricultural green total factor productivity of 30 provinces in my country from 2000 to 2019,and to illustrate the development trend of my country’s agricultural green total factor productivity from the perspectives of time and region.,and in-depth analysis of its source of growth;finally,the Moran index is used to test the spatial autocorrelation of agricultural green total factor productivity in various provinces in my country,and the model is further screened.Finally,the individual fixed spatial Durbin model is used to analyze the impact on my country.Factors of provincial agricultural green total factor productivity.The research results show that the overall trend of my country’s agricultural development is good,but it is necessary to optimize the allocation of agricultural resources and improve the utilization rate of agricultural waste.The agricultural green total factor productivity is at a relatively high level,and its changes show a trend of first increasing,then decreasing,and finally increasing steadily.The average annual growth index is 3.57%,but the growth rate has slowed down.The growth momentum mainly comes from technological progress,with an average annual growth index of5.73%.Technical efficiency hinders the growth of agricultural green total factor productivity to a certain extent,and its annual average index drops by 2.02%.From the perspective of regional differentiation,the agricultural green total factor productivity of provinces in eastern my country is generally higher than that of central China,and the agricultural green total factor productivity of central my country is higher than that of western regions.The main growth driver comes from agricultural technological progress.,while the technical efficiency shows a backward trend.my country’s agricultural green total factor productivity has a strong spatial autocorrelation,and its influencing factors,the scale of farmland management,the level of agricultural mechanization,the per capital income of rural residents,and the degree of industrialization have a significant direct impact on the agricultural green total factor productivity in the region.The scale of operation,the level of agricultural mechanization,the degree of disaster,and the education level of farmers have spillover effects on neighboring areas.Based on this,this paper puts forward the rational allocation of agricultural production factors to achieve green and efficient agricultural production;improve the education level of rural residents and improve the overall quality of rural labor;strengthen the in-depth exchange of agricultural technology between regions,improve the agricultural innovation system;strengthen government financial support,Increase the power of agricultural green development;effectively transform the industrial structure,improve the utilization rate of resources;change the traditional concept of farmers,enhance the awareness of agricultural green development and other suggestions,to provide reference suggestions for the green and healthy development of my country’s agriculture.
