| The extensive agricultural development model not only drives the rapid growth of agricultural economy,but also causes the waste of resources and environmental damage,which has a great impact on the green and sustainable development of agriculture.Agricultural ecological efficiency,as an important indicator to measure the sustainable agricultural development,has therefore become the focus of attention.As an important grain production area and ecological barrier in China,the Yellow River basin not only guarantees grain production and develops agricultural economy,but also faces the pressure of gradual deterioration of agricultural ecological environment,In order to alleviate the downward trend of agricultural ecological environment in the Yellow River basin,this paper seeks to improve the agricultural ecological efficiency in the Yellow River basin by conducting the relevant research,so as to realize the coordinated development of agricultural economy and ecological environment in the Yellow River basin.In this paper,by combing relevant literature,concepts and theories,and analyzing the agricultural development status of the Yellow River Basin,the BCC model and SBM-Undesirable model are used to compare analyze whether to consider the impact of undesired output on agricultural efficiency.Later,the agricultural ecological efficiency was taken as the main research object,and the spatial autocorrelation was tested to clarify the spatial distribution characteristics.Finally,the panel Tobit model was used to analyze the factors affecting the agricultural ecological efficiency in the Yellow River Basin.Based on the above studies,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)Agricultural ecological efficiency is manifested as a downward trend of fluctuation.From 2011 to 2020,the annual average of agricultural ecological efficiency in the Yellow River Basin was 0.769,which is at the upper middle level.Its overall fluctuation trend,and the agricultural ecological efficiency value is generally lower than the traditional agricultural production efficiency value.(2)There are great differences in agricultural ecological efficiency in the upstream,middle and downstream regions.From 2011 to 2020,the agricultural efficiency of the three geographical regions of the Yellow River Basin decreased significantly after considering the unexpected output,and the middle regions decreased more than the upstream and downstream.The agricultural ecological efficiency of the three geographical regions showed different degrees,and the agricultural ecological efficiency of the upstream and downstream was significantly higher than that of the middle regions.(3)The distribution of interprovincial agricultural ecological efficiency level is relatively average.From 2011 to 2020,the traditional agricultural production efficiency of all provinces in the Yellow River basin is above the middle level,while the agricultural ecological efficiency level is relatively average.Compared with the traditional agricultural production efficiency,the agricultural ecological efficiency of each province is in a declining state,and only Sichuan,Shaanxi and Qinghai maintain the effective level.(4)The spatial correlation of agricultural ecological efficiency is not strong.The spatial distribution of agricultural ecological efficiency in the Yellow River basin is strong,the spatial correlation is weak,and the spatial linkage development is not formed as a whole.(5)Different factors have different influence on agricultural ecological efficiency.The per capita income of rural residents and agricultural ecological efficiency are inverted "U",the agricultural disaster rate significantly reduces the level of agricultural ecological efficiency,and the agricultural industrial structure and environmental regulation can effectively promote the improvement of agricultural ecological efficiency.Suggestions are based on the above conclusions:(1)improve the input structure and promote the ecological development of agriculture;(2)promote regional exchanges and cooperation;(3)strengthen technological innovation and promotion;(4)enhance the comprehensive strength and achieve all-round development. |
