Research On The Coordinated Development Model Of Rural Agricultural Ecological Economy In Hezhuangping Town

With the implementation of the project of returning farmland to forest and grassland,the ecosystem has been greatly restored and improved,and the amount of ecological resources has increased significantly.Related industries,resulting in idleness and waste of forest and grass resources,incomplete coordination between industrial development and resource utilization,and a contradictory situation of the ecological economic system.Due to the greater comparative benefits of suburban villages,the contradictory performance of the ecological economic system is more obvious.In order to realize the sustainable development of the ecological economy,adjust the industrial layout,develop the grass and livestock industry related to forest and grass resources,carry out industrial upgrading,optimize the industrial structure,and promote the coordinated development of the agro-ecological economic system,it is an urgent problem to build an effective coordinated development model.Based on this,based on the field investigation of Hezhuangping Town,this study is guided by relevant knowledge of soil and water conservation,ecological economics,ecology,etc.The research was carried out and the following main conclusions were obtained:(1)The main problem of the agricultural ecosystem and economic system of Hezhuangping Town is that the industry and production resources are not completely matched,that is,the production resources of Hezhuangping Town have not formed related industries,the resources are not fully utilized,and the industry-resources The chain network is not perfect.(2)According to the heterogeneity of regional leading industries,combined with the concept of "three productions",the research area is divided into three functional areas: the suburban "three industries" integration area,the chain orchard industry leading area,the facility agriculture-labor service leading area.(3)Using the coupling degree model,the coupling relationship of the agro-ecological economic system is divided into four types: coordinated development type,depletion development type,restrained development type,and improvement and restoration type.Among them,the coupling degree of agro-ecological and economic systems in the three functional areas of Hezhuangping Town is not completely consistent: the “three industries”integration area in the suburbs includes villages with three coupling types of coordinated development,depletion development and restrained development,and the chain orchard industry dominates The district contains villages of low-efficiency coordinated development and high-efficiency balanced development.The coupling degree of Liu Xingzhuang in the facility agriculture-labor-dominated area is close to the best;in addition,the ecological and economic effects of the development of the same leading industry in different ecological function areas are different.(4)It is clarified that the coordinated development of urban and rural agro-ecological economy in Hezhuangping Town can be achieved through the construction of commercial ecological agriculture,and a commercial ecological agriculture development model(chain network structure)of three functional areas is constructed: the suburban "three industries" integration area It is a "business-agriculture-subsidiary" development model,the chain-type orchard industry leading area is a "fruit-agriculture,forest-grass-pastoral" development model,and the facility agriculture-labor service leading area is a "agriculture-pastoral" development model.The "fruit-agriculture,forest-grass-grass" model in the chain-type orchard industry-leading area and the "agriculture-pastoral" development model in the facility agriculture-labor-dominated area are dominated by the primary industry,and the "commercial and trade" in the suburban "three industries" integration area.The“agriculture-subsidiary” development model is dominated by the secondary industry and the tertiary industry,with the former providing raw material resources for the latter and realizing the integration of the tertiary industry as a whole.
