| China is in a crucial period of transformation from quantity to quality.Under the background of the "Double carbon" strategy,it is required that dairy industry should follow the principle of prioritizing ecological and efficient development,make every effort to ensure the quality of dairy products meeting the standard and improve the dairy economic benefits.In recent years,although it has made great progress in dairy industry,there are still kinds of crisis in the perspective of economic.In the perspective of ecology,as a kind of relatively high pollution agricultural industry,there are quite ecological problems in dairy farming,including water pollution,soil pollution and air pollution,which can not be ignored.Clearing up the coordination between dairy economy and ecology(DEE)and exploring the sustainable path have important implications for dairy industry in China.Firstly,carding the characteristics of dairy industry,this paper constructed a composite dairy economy and ecology system and set up 5criteria layers and 13 indicators from two dimensions of economic subsystem and ecological subsystem,so as to comprehensively evaluate the economic and ecological synergy of dairy industry.Secondly,using the panel data of China and nine major dairy producing areas from 2003 to2018,we studied the temporal and spatial evolution of coordination of DEE.The results showed that the degree of coordination of DEE went up continuously,and there was obvious regional differentiation.Moreover,the positive spatial spillover effect on the coordination of DEE was not temporally steady.Finally,Bootstrap-SBM model is applied to calculate the undesirable output efficiency of dairy industry in the main dairy producing areas of China.And the efficiency was used as an dependent variable to explore the influencing factors of the coordination between dairy economy and ecology.It was found that the coordination of DEE is positively correlated with farming income,environmental regulation and technical level,and negatively correlated with the degree of large-scale breeding,local dairy consumption capacity and ecological risk.And it showed different representations of significance in the three dairy farming areas of Northwest,Central Plains and Northeast.Based on the conclusions,this paper put forward relevant policy suggestions,including: making sure the stability of application and effective supply of land,and increasing investment in technology of dairy industry,appropriately adjusting the breeding scale according to the local natural endowment conditions,and pushing the process of integration between planting and breeding. |
