Climate is a key factor in stabilizing agricultural production.As greenhouse gas emissions continue to increase,the negative effects of the greenhouse effect on agricultural production have also become more serious.Approximately one quarter of global greenhouse gas emissions come from the agricultural sector.In recent years,agricultural greenhouse gas emissions have continued to increase.As a major agricultural province,Heilongjiang is facing enormous pressure to reduce agricultural emissions.At the same time,Heilongjiang Province is facing the aging of labor force population structure and the accelerated development of aging.The aging development will affect agricultural carbon emissions through changes in agricultural production methods and labor supply channels,which will bring challenges to the agricultural production environment and economy.To this end,the government proposes to use technological innovation as a strategic support to meet this challenge,but the actual role of its aging population and carbon emissions is currently unknown,and the coordinated development of the three will help stabilize the agricultural production environment and promote agriculture.Economic sustainable development,therefore,it is particularly urgent and necessary to study the relationship between the three in the field of agriculture.Based on the theories of sustainable development of agriculture and induced technological innovation,the relationship between the three is explored using methods such as literature combing,deductive reasoning and empirical analysis.The actual mechanism of action seeks to achieve the purpose of reducing carbon emissions under the influence of the aging of the labor force in the agricultural field from technological innovation channels to ease the pressure of agricultural emission reduction in Heilongjiang Province.According to relevant research at home and abroad,find and determine the agricultural carbon emission calculation system,use the relevant data of Heilongjiang Province to analyze the aging of the labor force in the agricultural field and the current status and structural change trends of carbon emissions,put forward research hypotheses in conjunction with relevant theories,and comprehensively use STIRPAT,intermediary effects and Moderating effect model explores and examines the direct impact of labor aging on carbon emissions and the mediating role of technological innovation in the impact of labor aging on carbon emissions in Heilongjiang Province,and the moderating role of technological innovation on the relationship between labor aging and carbon emissions.The research results show that: on the basis of controlling variables such as rural residents’ income,energy consumption,urbanization rate and agricultural structure,the aging development of agricultural labor force can change the input structure of agricultural factors,agricultural production methods,agricultural energy Selection and consumption,as well as the increase in agricultural carbon emissions from agricultural waste disposal,etc.,will also promote the research and development,promotion and application of new agricultural technologies through the substitution relationship of technology-labor,human capital quality-quantity;technological innovation in the agricultural field There is an indirect role in the impact of labor aging and carbon emissions.Increased labor aging will mask the role of labor aging in promoting carbon emissions by promoting the application of new technologies;at the same time,technological innovation is still in the relationship between labor aging and carbon emissions There is a regulatory role.The promotion of the aging labor force will promote the reduction of agricultural carbon emissions with the improvement of the level of research and development of new agricultural technologies,and the promotion level of new agricultural technologies will also reverse the adjustment of the agricultural carbon emissions to the agricultural carbon emissions.influences.The study also found that the current agricultural technology in Heilongjiang Province has a small rebound effect,and agricultural development is gradually changing to low-carbon.Although the development of low-carbon agriculture will be hindered by the aging of the agricultural labor force,by increasing the level of agricultural technology innovation will reduce this obstacle to a certain extent.Based on this,under the aging of the agricultural labor force,the government should promptly and accurately guide the direction of agricultural technology innovation,give strong support to agricultural new technology and low-carbon technology innovation,and give full play to the active role of agricultural new technology in order to reduce The agricultural carbon emissions brought about by the aging development of the agricultural labor force strive to form a situation of sustainable and low-carbon development of agriculture in Heilongjiang Province at an early date.
