Effect Of Selenium Enriched Organic Fertilizer On Yield And Selenium Of Chinese Cabbage

With the development of functional agriculture and the improvement of national dietary structure,the development and utilization of selenium rich food has become a hot research topic.In this experiment,four Chinese cabbage varieties Xinqing No.2,Jinyu 80,Jinyu 75 and Jinyu 70 were selected as the research objects.The liquid selenium fertilizer lvweikang and solid selenium fertilizer nayouse were used as fertilizer,and different times of selenium fertilizer were sprayed on the leaves of the Chinese cabbage at the initial stage of lotus stand and the initial stage of ball setting.The effects of the times of selenium spraying and the types of selenium fertilizer on the yield formation and selenium enrichment of Chinese cabbage were studied.The best time and best fertilizer of selenium spraying on the leaves of Chinese cabbage were clarified,which provided scientific basis for the development of Se rich cabbage.The test was conducted in2019,and the results are as follows:1.Spraying Selenium on leaves had no effect on leaf development,leaf number per plant,color of outer leaves and petiole.Application of lvweikang could significantly increase plant height,leaf length,leaf width,fresh weight per plant,leaf ball weight and yield.Spraying once at the initial stage of rosette and heading is more conducive to the improvement of yield formation factors,and the yield can be increased to8007.79 kg / 667m2 ~ 10518.14 kg / 667m2,with an increase of 15.79% ~ 16.82%.The average yield of Chinese cabbage was 8613.02kg/667m2,increased by 9.41% when Nayou selenium was applied once at the initial stage of rosette and heading respectively.2.According to the membership function,the response of selenium fertilizer types to yield formation factors was prior to the times of Spraying Selenium.The yield increasing effect of selenium fertilizer types on Chinese cabbage was as follows: lvweikang > Nayou selenium,and the effect of spraying two times of foliar selenium fertilizer was better.3.The application of selenium fertilizer on the leaf surface can significantly increase the selenium content in edible parts of Chinese cabbage,and it is positively related to the number of fertilization.The highest selenium content in edible parts of Chinese cabbage was 63.67 when the selenium fertilizer lvweikang was sprayed at the initial stage of lotus stand and the initial stage of ball setting 63.67μg/kg~65.33μg/kg;The selenium content after application of Nayou selenium was 4.87μg/kg~5.20μg/kg。The selenium utilization rate of different varieties of Chinese cabbage was as follows: Xinqing No.2 >Jinyu 75 > Jinyu 70 > Jinyu 80.The selenium content of selenium rich cabbage in this experiment is low after the residents eat selenium,so it can be taken safely.
