Selenium is a necessary trace element in the human body.It is a necessary element to make up all kinds of selenium containing amino acids.Selenocysteine is a component of selenoprotein and exercises some important functions of the enzyme.Prolonged selenium enhancement(200g per day)helps to reduce the overall incidence of cancer and the incidence of prostate cancer.Biotransformation of organic selenium through plant transformation is beneficial to human body absorption through dietary intake to the body,thus achieving health care needs.As one of the main oil crops,rapeseed is rich in selenium enrichment.Rape seedlings can be eaten as selenium containing vegetables,and can be processed into selenium rich animal feed.Rape seed oil can also be used as selenium edible oil for people to eat.In recent years,a large number of experiments have been conducted to intervene in the accumulation benefit of selenium content in Rapeseed by exogenous selenium.The results show that the application of exogenous selenium can obviously improve the selenium content of rape seed,but the experiment did not compare the accumulation benefit of selenium content from the application of selenium,and less on the heavy metals such as cadmium and lead in the rape seed after the application of selenium.Cumulative benefits.This study focuses on the effects of different selenium application methods on the agronomic traits,yield and accumulation of selenium,cadmium and lead in the main nappe varieties in Jianghan Plain.According to previous studies,6 varieties of rape were selected under the condition of Da Tian,and 3 experimental studies were carried out by sowing planting pattern:(1)applying selenium formula leaves at the beginning of flowering period.The concentration of the dough fertilizer(Se content50%)was 134ppm;(2)the selenium mineral powder 600kg/hn2 was used as basal fertilizer before sowing,and(3)the selenium mineral powder 600kg/hm~2 was used as base fertilizer before sowing,and the concentration of selenium(selenium content50%)was 134ppm at the beginning of the flowering period,and the complete blank test was used as the control.The differences of the height,stem diameter,number of Kert on main shaft,number of Kert on first branch,number of Kert on the two branch,yield and accumulation of selenium,cadmium and lead in the grain were discussed in different ways of selenium application.It has the advantages of selenium,high yield,low cadmium and low lead,and provides theoretical basis and technical support for the special planting of rape.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Selenium can increase the number of pods in the main axis of rapeseed,the number of primary pods,and the number of secondary pods,and the effect of selenium on the number of secondary pods of rape can reach a significant level.(2)Selenium foliar fertilizer can increase oilseed rape production.The average yield of oilseed rape after application of selenium foliar fertilizer and selenium ore fertilizer was increased,but it did not reach a significant level.The average yield of oilseed rape after spraying selenium fertilizer on foliar fertilizer was 2899.73kg/hm2,a significant increase over the control of 83.1kg/hm2.The application of selenium mineral fertilizer can increase the selenium content of rapeseed.The average selenium content of 0.09 mg/kg was increased by 0.046 mg/kg compared with the control.The cumulative amount of cadmium and lead in rapeseed was increased by 0.003 mg/kg.Kg,0.005mg/kg;(3)application of selenium can significantly increase the selenium content of rapeseed,and in the treatment of selenium foliar fertilizer,selenite mineral fertilizer application foliar fertilizer two treatments,rapeseed cadmium,lead The content has decreased;(4)Huayouza 9 has selenium-enriched,low-cadmium and low-lead absorption capacity in all three methods of selenium application,and is the dominant species for selenium-enriched production;Huiyouza 6815 rapeseed varieties are applying selenium.In the case of foliar fertilizers,low-cadmium and low-lead absorption capacity is available;applying selenium ore fertilizer to Chuyouza 79 rape cultivars can increase grain selenium content and have low cadmium absorption capacity,and can be promoted in areas containing selenium-enriched soil;When fertilizing the selenium foliar fertilizer,the German-selected 517 rapeseed was the dominant species with low selenium absorption capacity.
