As a common disease,canine urolithiasis is widely regarded by pet owners and animal doctors.The aim of this paper was to explore the nutritional intervention of prescription grain contrast dog urolithiasis,and design a two-stage experiment.The control group and the model group were fed the basic dog food and the prevention group were fed the prescription dog food.Melamine 0.6 g/(kg·d),magnesium hydrogen phosphate 0.15g/(kg·d),sodium bicarbonate 0.05g/(kg·d)were added to dog food in the modeling and prevention groups.The test was lasted for 45 days.The general clinical symptoms of Beagle dogs were observed and blood routine,biochemical,urine routine and imaging tests were measured every 15 days.In the second phase,12 Beagle dogs with varying degrees of urinary system damage were randomly divided into control and treatment groups.On the0 th day of the experiment,indexes of blood,urine and imaging in 12 Beagle dogs were examined respectively,and the results were used as the initial reference data for the second phase of the experiment.6 Beagle dogs in the control group were fed 35 g/(kg.d)of normal general dog food and drank clean water,and dogs in treatment group were fed 35 g/(kg·d)diet of urinary tract prescription.The test was lasted for 14 days.The general clinical symptoms of dogs were observed,blood indexes,urine indexes,imaging examination,inflammatory factor of dogs were tested every 7 days.The test results were as follows:1.Blood routine test showed that the percentage of white blood cells and neutrophils increased slightly,indicating that some inflammation occurred,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).2.Blood biochemical indexes in the first stage test showed that the serum biochemical indexes in the model group and the prevention group increased from day 15,and there were significant differences in alanine aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase and urea(0.05<P<0.1).3.The changes of urine routine index in the first stage test showed that the urine p H value increased slightly from the 15 th day of the test and was slightly different from that in the control group(P>0.05).4.The results of one-stage test showed that there was significant difference in the amount of crystallization in the same amount of urine.5.Blood tests in the two-stage test showed that there was significant difference in the number of lymphocytes(P<0.05)and white blood cells(P<0.05).6.Compared with the control group and the treatment group,there was no significant difference in serum biochemical indexes(0.05<P<0.1),and the creatinine value fluctuated in the normal range.But the control group did not change much,the dog creatinine in the treatment group showed a downward trend,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Adipase was normal in the treatment group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).7.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)in the initial TNF-α、IL-6 of the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05)TNF-a the middle of the experiment.8.The results of urine routine in the second stage test showed that the results of urine glucose,urinary cholinogen,urinary ketone body and urinary bilirubin were all negative,and there was no significant change in urine specific weight between groups and groups(P>0.05);the urine p H value of the treatment group gradually decreased after the 7th day of the test,showing an acidizing trend;on the 7th day,the white blood cells in the treatment group recovered from the initial positive state to negative;the control group was temporarily positive,the difference between groups was significant(P>0.05).To sum up,excessive dosage of food additives such as melamine,magnesium hydrogen phosphate and sodium bicarbonate caused urinary system damage in dogs.At the same time,which caused urinary system damage accompanied by inflammation and a large number of urinary nodules,and showed a clear trend of forming urinary stones.Under the action of the same pathogenic factors of urinary system diseases,the prescription grain of Bigger urinary system had a certain preventive effect on urinary system diseases.The two-stage trial proved that,when the medicine was used to treat the inflammation of the urinary system in dogs,the prescription food of the urinary tract in the dogs played a very important role in the treatment of urinary tract inflammation with drugs.
