With the continuous development of the economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, electricity demand for social production and life is increasing year by year, and power enterprises are facing more development opportunities. However, with the continuous advancement of power system reform and power marketization,a large number of power sales companies have poured into the power market. This phenomenon not only provides more options for power customers to buy electricity, but also forces power enterprises to face the transforation pressure from the sole appointed supplier to the selected one.If power enterprises want to have a place in the open competitive environment of power market, they need to constantly innovate themselves,do a good job in safe and reliable power supply, ensure the quality of power supply, and at the same time constantly improve the operations management level of enterprises to give play to their market competitive advantages.According to the current situation of enterprise operations management, there are many potential risks in the operations management of power enterprises, which need scientific theories and methods to identify and analyze risks, and take corresponding risk prevention and control to continuously improve the level of operations management. In view of this, this thesis takes D power enterprise as the research object, tries to identify, analyze and evaluate the potential risks from the current operations management status of D power enterprise, and make corresponding risk prevention suggestions according to the importance of risk degree of risk indicators, with a view of providing ideas and references for risk analysis and prevention in operations management of D power enterprise. The main work of this thesis is summarized as follows:(1)The current situation of the operations management of D power enterprise is analyzed, and the risks are identified according to the actual situation of operations management of D power enterprise.According to the risk sources, the risks are divided into six categories: market factor risk, policy factor risk, social factor risk, personnel factor risk, technology factor risk and business factor risk, and these six categories are analyzed by experts.(2)The risk evaluation index of operations management of D power enterprise is determined, including 6 first-class risk indicators and 18 second-class risk indicators. The corresponding risk evaluation model is constructed by using analytic hierarchy process, and the weight of each risk evaluation index is assigned through expert discussion, and the order of importance is obtained.Among them, among the first-class risk indicators, the weight value of business factor risk is the largest, followed by technology factor risk, market factor risk, personnel factor risk, social factor risk and policy factor risk.Among the secondary risk indicators, electricity fee recovery, customer service, abnormal electricity information collection system, imbalance between supply and demand, and employee skills rank in the top five. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the risk grade of each risk evaluation index, and it is concluded that the market factor risk and business factor risk are high risk, the technology factor risk is high risk, the personnel factor risk is medium risk, and the social factor risk and policy factor risk are low risk.(3)The risk evaluation results of operations management of D power enterprise are obtained by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.According to the importance and risk level, corresponding risk prevention and control suggestions are put forward for market factor risk, policy factor risk, social factor risk, personnel factor risk, technology factor risk and business factor risk in turn.
