At the convenience of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change,automobile enterprises are playing an important supporting role in promoting the building of a strong automobile and manufacturing country.In the background of structure adjustment and boom of the automobile industry,enterprises in related industries need higher quality technology and human resources to achieve their own survival and development,so as to meet the needs of the social market.Construction of different types of secondary and higher vocational colleges to provide high-quality professionals for the production process and job positions of enterprises and industries,and cultivating professional skilled talents mainly lies in courses.At present,secondary vocational school auto repair major graduates compared with vocational college auto repair major graduates in the process of job hunting competitiveness is weaker,the main reason lies in the two professional knowledge base and practical skill level difference.To help vocational students career development,the curriculum and teaching plans should concentrate on the students’ overall working process thinking training and vocational action ability improvement,so as to highlight the educational characteristics of vocational school education.Therefore,this essay takes the curriculum "Automobile chassis overhaul" as an example,based on the author’s experience,through present observation,data analysis,expert interview methods to investigate and summarize the status of this course,to provide valid results for the next course teaching.Based on the understanding of the development of automobile repair enterprises in the city,through the analysis of an automobile repair enterprise post group,summed up the typical work tasks,occupational action domain analysis,learning field transformation and learning context design process,because the main problems is the teaching process,the course constructure and teaching content should be reestablished.In the process of instructional design,combining with the enterprise post ability demand,will be linked to the working process of the teaching process,cultivating the students’ main vocational ability,to raise the integration of teaching in the classroom practice,action oriented,with equipment as the carrier,make students experience in the real situation of learning tasks,training the ability of the unity of hands and brain,Enhance students’ professional ability and career transfer ability.By analyzing the teaching practice effect of systematic working process,it is found that this teaching way can increase students’ interests,their professional skills will be improved,team communication,cooperation and comprehensive quality will be enhanced,and promote classrooms’ teaching efficiency.At the same time,it also beneficial to teachers’ professional ability and career development.
