Since the promulgation of "Made in China 2025",the manufacturing industry of our country is facing upgrading and evolution,and the cultivation of high-quality professional talents has become an important goal of national education.Vocational education is a bridge connecting schools and enterprises,shouldering the responsibility of delivering high-quality technical and skilled talents for the economy and society.Teaching reform is an effective way to promote vocational education to achieve quality improvement and training.Therefore,as an important way to cultivate technical talents,the teaching of secondary vocational education urgently needs to be reformed to improve the quality of front-line compound talents.This paper conducts research on the teaching status of the course "Automotive Engine Electronic Control System Maintenance" in secondary vocational schools,and summarizes the shortcomings in the current course teaching,including the "theoretical course +practical course" decomposed teaching caused by the templated teaching content,which is not conducive to the students’ systemic teaching.The formation of the knowledge system and the cultivation of technical skills;the routinization of the integrated teaching model,resulting in low participation of students in the classroom;the one-sided teaching evaluation subject,which is mainly based on the project summative evaluation.For the attribution analysis of the existing problems,this paper introduces the BOPPPS teaching mode with participatory learning and pre-test and post-test links as the core into the teaching of the course "Automotive Engine Electronic Control System Maintenance" in secondary vocational schools,in order to select an optimization strategy to improve the existing problems,improve the effectiveness and pertinence of the teaching of the course "Automotive Engine Electronic Control System Maintenance" in secondary vocational schools,realize the improvement of teaching quality and learning participation,and at the same time enrich the classroom teaching mode of secondary vocational schools,and design an open,interactive and efficient classroom teaching process An actionable template is provided.This paper first selects the teaching content of most of the professional courses of"Automotive Engine Electronic Control System Maintenance" involving water,fire,oil,electricity,components,circuits,etc."coolant temperature sensor maintenance","fuel supply system Three typical cases of "overhaul of ignition system" and "overhaul of ignition system".Then,based on the six links of the BOPPPS teaching model,the teaching design at the micro level is carried out.According to the information feedback from the previous links,the teaching activity organization form,the depth and breadth of the teaching content of the participatory learning link are adjusted in time,and the teaching content is followed from easy to difficult.Comprehensive teaching process design principles that ensure the subjectivity of the student center,emphasize the diversity of teaching resources,and pay attention to learning evaluation,rearrange the templated teaching content in the textbook,and divide it into multiple independent and included subtasks,introduce virtual simulation teaching resources,set up a scientific and comprehensive evaluation system,and test the teaching results of the project.Finally,according to the comprehensive evaluation of the project,the teaching activities of the next project are rectified to ensure that the problems that arise can be improved and solved,and the teaching effect and quality are guaranteed.This paper relies on a secondary vocational school in Guangxi to carry out teaching experiment research,and selects students from a class of the second grade of the Department of Automotive Engineering as the experimental objects,and then tests the teaching effect after a period of teaching practice.Analyzing the overall grades of the students in the class after adopting the BOPPPS model,the data results show that most of the students after the introduction of the BOPPPS teaching model have good grades;analyzing the accompanying evaluation data,it can be seen that the students’ ability to discover,analyze and solve problems as a whole and their professionalism are all average.Good;the satisfaction survey results of the BOPPPS teaching model show that most students like the teaching interaction based on this model,and hope to apply the BOPPPS teaching model to the teaching of other courses in secondary vocational schools.Through comprehensive analysis,it can be concluded that the BOPPPS teaching mode is suitable for the secondary vocational course "Automotive Engine Electronic Control System Maintenance",which can effectively improve students’ classroom participation and teaching effect,cultivate students’ comprehensive professional ability,and effectively improve the traditional secondary vocational "Automotive Engine Electronic Control System".The teaching status of the "System Overhaul" course has significantly improved the teaching effect of teachers and the learning effect of students.This teaching mode has certain feasibility and promotion.
