In the past decade,the blowout growth of China’s automobile production and marketing scale has brought huge development space for the automobile aftermarket,and further provided a good market opportunity for the professional development of automobile maintenance in secondary vocational schools.Based on the strong demand for skilled and applied talents in the automotive aftermarket,integrated teaching has become the main form and channel for the cultivation of automotive maintenance professionals in secondary vocational schools.However,for a long time,the problems of low comprehensive quality and learning motivation deviation of secondary vocational students have been concerned by the society.At present,the problem of students’ low comprehensive quality has increasingly become a "bottleneck" problem that restricts the high-quality development of secondary vocational education.As the main channel of professional training,integrated teaching must play the dual functions of teaching and educating people.Therefore,the integrated teaching reform aimed at promoting the joint implementation of teaching and education and promoting the all-round development of students has become an urgent move.This paper aims to explore how to realize the integration of morality and technology in integrated teaching and how to promote the all-round development of students.The research methods include literature research,investigation and action research.The survey was conducted to students,teachers,parents and staff of eight cooperative enterprises in five secondary vocational schools in Xiangxi Ethnic Minority gathering area(hereinafter referred to as the "study area").Firstly,it investigates and summarizes the current situation and existing problems of the integrated teaching of automobile maintenance major in secondary vocational schools in the research area;Secondly,from the complexity of students’ growth,the fuzziness of teachers’ educational value,the lack of ability of teachers’ education and the lack of guarantee support,this paper discusses the causes of the current integrated education;Thirdly,relying on the five guarantee supports of "hardware,software and teacher resources","the concept and practice of cooperative education among educational subjects","education resource bank","school enterprise cooperation" and "top-level design",based on the requirements of moral and technical training,the course objectives,contents,implementation and evaluation are optimized one by one,and then the integrated teaching mode of moral and technical training is put forward to promote the synchronous implementation of moral education and technical training;Then,according to the requirements of the combination of morality and technology,the objectives,contents and evaluation of the course "automobile chassis structure and maintenance" are reconstructed;Then,taking the "disc brake disassembly and repair" project as an example,the teaching design and teaching practice are carried out according to the proposed integrated teaching mode of morality,technology and repair.In order to realize the integration of morality and technology in the implementation process of integrated teaching,the following principles should be followed: the information link should be done thoroughly,the planning process should be well done,the decision-making process should be considered thoroughly,the implementation link should be flexible in implementing various teaching methods,the control link should be refined and the evaluation link should be diversified,so as to promote the integration of moral education and technical training;Finally,from the teaching evaluation and questionnaire survey to analyze the effectiveness of the teaching pilot.The results of teaching evaluation and questionnaire survey show that students have made great progress in both ideological quality and skill level.
