In order to meet the challenge of global climate change,our country has put forward the strategic goal of "Carbon Peak,Carbon neutral".At the same time,with the acceleration of urbanization,leaving behind many idle,abandoned old industrial buildings.However,the renovation of traditional old industrial buildings often starts from the aspects of indoor function replacement,outdoor environment shaping,building skin renewal,etc.,and lacks integration with the concept of "green building",resulting in problems such as low indoor thermal comfort,high energy consumption in building operation,and poor energy-saving effect after transformation.Therefore,under the double-carbon background,the combination of "Old industrial buildings" and "Green buildings" will promote the green transformation of "Old industrial buildings",it has become the inevitable trend of sustainable development of architecture in the new era.This thesis takes the old industrial buildings in Handan area as the research object.First of all,through combing the related theories and practices of the old industrial building reconstruction,the thesis analyzes the problems faced by the old industrial building reconstruction,the advantage of transformation,the mode of renewal and the necessity of green transformation.And on this basis according to the case analysis,summed up the old industrial building green transformation of the basic way.Secondly,by investigating and sorting out the general situation of the development of old industrial buildings in Handan City,the value system,existing problems and the necessity of green transformation of old industrial buildings in Handan area are analyzed.The green transformation strategy is proposed from five aspects: outdoor environment optimization,internal space reconstruction,enclosure structure renewal,physical environment optimization,material and energy reuse.Thirdly,the former site of Handan phosphate Fertilizer Plant is selected as a practical application case,and the historical evolution,site status,existing problems and development orientation of the plant are analyzed and explored by using literature research,site investigation,surveying and mapping,visiting and other methods.According to the strategic framework mentioned above,the former site of the phosphate fertilizer plant should be transformed into a green,healthy and comfortable community activity center,so as to revitalize the barren plant area.Finally,the wind environment,light environment,sound environment and building energy saving after the renovation design are specially simulated and calculated by the Green Building Swell software.According to the "Green Building Evaluation Standard"(GB/T50378-2019),the pre-evaluation of green building benefits is carried out to verify the rationality and reliability of the renovation strategy.Under the background of "double carbon",the problem of energy conservation and emission reduction of old industrial buildings has attracted more and more attention,and the related research and practice also show a trend of rapid growth.The research results of this subject will provide new ideas and methods for the reconstruction of old industrial buildings in Handan area,in order to promote the energy conservation and emission reduction of old industrial buildings,promote the development of social economy,improve the living environment and reshape the historical context of the city.
