The Research On Application Of Green Energy-saving Technology In Renovation Of Old Industrial Buildings

With the development and change of the industrial structure,a large number of free old industrial building faced with the fate of the renewal and reconstruction.At the same time,with the emergence of ecological crisis,the traditional old industrial architecture transformation methods cannot meet the needs of society.An urgent strength named green energy saving reconstruction should be used in the reconstruction of the old industrial building.There is no doubt to study the green energy-saving renovation of old industrial building technology and how to build a system,objective and fair green evaluation system is equally important.This paper is around the subject that the green energy saving renovation of old industrial building technology and the green evaluation system,to establish a complete set of green evaluation index system and evaluation model, and promote the development of old industrial green energy-saving reconstruction.The content of this paper is as following:(1)Through the research of our country’s existing energy-saving renovation of old industrial building technology,extract the main the key factors of evaluation and perfect the green energy-saving renovation of old industrial building technology evaluation elements of the system;(2)According to key elements of the energy-saving renovation of old industrial building technology and the construction of a green building principles of evaluation system and model,constructs the green evaluation index system.Based on the calculation and judgment of principles of analytic hierarchy process,identify the different levels of green evaluation system weight.Finally,Fuzzy matter-element comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to establish the evaluation model,to confirm the level of evaluation;(3)According to the the energy-saving renovation of old industrial building evaluation index system of green technology,evaluate the south China sea library 3 #building using the Comprehensive evaluation model;This paper constructed a complete set of evaluation system of green energy-saving renovation of old industrial building technology,build the evaluation model at the same time.Established the energy-saving renovation of old industrial building in quantitative evaluation index system of green technology,reveals the energy-saving renovation of old industrial building technology and the relevance of green evaluation goal,And engineering example application and verification,has good operability.The results of the study in the research of green energy saving renovation of old industrial building in our country to provide a reliable theoretical basis,and it have the guiding significance.
