The process of high-speed urbanization has brought increasingly serious negative effects on energy,ecology,and other aspects.Resource depletion and environmental degradation have gradually become the common concern of people.Respecting nature and protecting the environment have become the theme of social development.Saving resources and reducing pollution are necessary conditions for achieving sustainable development and are imperative.In recent years,more and more scholars and architects have started to pay attention to and devoted themselves to the research and practice of retrofitting and reuse of old industrial buildings.Although many old industrial buildings have avoided abandoned demolition and renewed their lives through the injection of new functions,they are mainly The transformation practice still stays at the stage of basic transformation at the artistic level.In the process of transformation and reuse,little attention is paid to the application of the green building concept.At the same time,the design method still remains on the traditional design flow and design techniques.The former creates serious resources.Waste and environmental pollution,while the latter increases blindness and unity in the process of building renovation.The parametric application introduced during the renovation of the building can simulate the possibilities of various modifications in the initial stage of the design to arrive at an optimal solution.In recent years,the research on the building thermal environment and control system simulation technology has gradually begun and gradually matured.The research and platform for the simulation of climate conditions such as wind,light and heat have also developed rapidly and are widely used in the field of architectural design.On this basis,software tools that assist in the design of wind,light,and heat in the entire process have begun to emerge.The modeling platform also tends to integrate energy analysis functions,and consider the impact of green performance indicators more directly on the scrutiny of architectural forms.The main content of this article is to use Zibo Hengtai chemical plant transformation as a carrier to study how to use parametric means to realize the green and energy-saving design method of buildings,to break the traditional transformation methods and design methods,and to parametricize and reuse old industrial buildings.Combined,a sustainable design model was proposed.
