With the accelerating urbanization process and the continuous adjustment of industrial structure in China,a large number of industrial enterprises have abandoned and abandoned a large number of industrial buildings,and these abandoned industrial buildings often have high historical value,so people The identification of industrial heritage and the transformation and reuse of abandoned industrial buildings began.However,due to the lack of systematic green reform theory and system,China's current industrial heritage transformation is still in the stage of traditional functions and spatial transformation,and there is still insufficient attention to the green transformation of buildings.Therefore,in the context of green buildings becoming more and more people's attention,from the perspective of reducing the energy consumption of buildings and making full use of green recycling,we will explore the green transformation strategy of industrial heritage and office buildings in cold regions,and apply the green concept.In the transformation of industrial heritage,the reuse of industrial heritage is of great significance.This paper begins with literature reading and field research,fully understands the causes of industrial heritage buildings and the status quo of domestic industrial heritage transformation,and then analyzes and summarizes the research results and actual transformation cases at home and abroad,and draws the current industrial heritage buildings.The conclusion that the space transformation is more mature but the attention to the energy-saving effect of the building is insufficient,and the idea that the concept of green transformation should be implanted into the whole process of industrial heritage building transformation is proposed.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical research,the influencing factors of industrial heritage transformation in cold regions of China are derived from the climate environment,the factors of industrial heritage and the degree of fit with the transformation model.Further in-depth analysis shows the transformation strategy of industrial heritage building into office building,and expounds the spatial transformation strategy of industrial heritage building into office buildingthrough three aspects: space reconstruction,space optimization and atmosphere creation.And in the whole process of space transformation,the green concept is implanted,and the traditional transformation also has a "green".Finally,through the transformation case of Tianjin 1946 Creative Park,the analysis and research and verification of the adaptability and feasibility of the above-mentioned transformation strategy have affirmed the positive role of the above green transformation strategy in the transformation of industrial heritage in cold regions into office buildings in China.This paper adopts the research method of “ propose problem-analyze problem-solve problem”,and puts forward the viewpoint that the industrial heritage building should adopt the green strategy to transform the existing problems of industrial heritage building renovation,and the necessity and feasibility of this viewpoint.Analyze.Afterwards,through the literature reading and field research,the green transformation strategy in the industrial heritage transformation project is summarized and analyzed.Finally,through analysis and summary,the green transformation strategy suitable for the transformation of industrial heritage buildings into office buildings in cold regions is obtained,and verified by actual cases.
