With the global energy crisis and environmental deterioration becoming more and more serious,sustainable development has become the common theme of all countries in the world.As a major energy consumer,building is changing from traditional high-consumption type to green energy-saving type.Green building,as the only way to implement this transformation,is the inevitable trend of development in the current construction field.Due to the constraints of economic and technological conditions at the beginning of construction,most of the old industrial buildings in China belong to high energy-consuming buildings,which are difficult to meet the current energy-saving requirements.In addition,many old industrial buildings are facing the fate of being demolished before they reach their design life,resulting in serious waste of building resources and negative impact on the ecological environment.The traditional old industrial building reconstruction design lacks the integration with the green building concept in the aspects of overall environment design,internal space function transformation and external shape transformation,which leads to the problems of poor indoor and outdoor thermal comfort,high energy consumption and poor green performance after the transformation design.Located in the northwest,Lanzhou is the largest industrial city in the upper reaches of the Yellow River and an important raw material industrial base in the west.As one of the old industrial bases built after the founding of New China,after decades of construction and development,a large number of old industrial buildings remain.With the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and the change of urban spatial structure,many enterprises and factories in Lanzhou are facing the situation of customs clearance,transfer,merger and stopping.A large number of idle old industrial buildings have emerged,which need to be renewed and reused urgently.Based on the above background,through combing the relevant theories of green renovation design of old industrial buildings at home and abroad and analyzing typical cases,this paper puts forward the principles of green renovation design of old industrial buildings with climatic suitability,respect for regional culture,preservation of authenticity and reflection of green ecology as the breakthrough point,as well as the improvement of micro-climate in outdoor sites,optimization of physical environment in internal space.The design strategy and corresponding technical measures of green reconstruction of old industrial buildings based on energy-saving design of envelope structure,renewable energy utilization and value system preservation of old industrial buildings.Secondly,the problems related to the green transformation design of old industrial buildings in Lanzhou area are studied: the development history of industrial construction in Lanzhou area is sorted out,the characteristics of space,structure,material and style of old industrial buildings in Lanzhou area are summarized,the existing problems in the transformation design of old industrial buildings in Lanzhou area are summarized,and the green transformation construction of old industrial buildings in Lanzhou area is analyzed in depth.Considering the influence factors of climate environment,architectural ontology and value system.The design principles of green transformation of old industrial buildings in Lanzhou are put forward,which are suitable for the climate characteristics of cold and dry areas in Lanzhou,respecting the regional culture of Lanzhou,promoting the regeneration of urban areas and highlighting the green and energy-saving orientation.The green transformation design strategy and corresponding transformation design measures of old industrial buildings in Lanzhou are put forward from optimizing outdoor site microclimate,improving indoor physical environment,improving thermal performance of enclosure structure,utilizing solar energy resources and retaining the characteristic value system of old industrial buildings of Soviet style.Finally,taking the assembly workshop of Lanzhou Woodware Factory as a practical case,according to the green transformation design strategy of old industrial buildings in Lanzhou area and the "Green Building Evaluation Criteria",the green transformation design is carried out from the aspects of outdoor microclimate optimization,internal space function replacement,energy-saving transformation of envelope structure and preservation of the value system of Soviet-style industrial buildings.Comparing wind,light,thermal physical environment and energy consumption of building operation before and after green design of assembly workshop with Ecotect and CFD software.Assess the benefit of green building in the assembly workshop after the renovation design,and verify the effect of green renovation design.In order to promote the development of green transformation design of old industrial buildings in Lanzhou,and then stimulate the spatial vitality of the old industrial areas in the city,while creating a green and ecological urban environment.
