| With the rapid development of China’s economy,talent has become the core factor to drive the development of enterprises.The Party’s 20 National Congress proposed that cultivating a large number of outstanding talents,guiding talents to love the Party,the country,dedication,service to the people is the country’s long-term development plan.Scientific management of talents is the core competitiveness of enterprise development.Employee engagement is one of the indicators reflecting enterprise management level,and also the key factor affecting enterprise performance,profit and sustainable development.Improving employee engagement will improve employee work efficiency,stimulate employee endogenous motivation,mobilize employee innovation enthusiasm,enhance enterprise cohesion,improve enterprise profitability.Since the reform of state-owned enterprises has entered a new historical period,stimulating employee engagement and giving full play to the subjective initiative of talents has become a reasonable way for technology-intensive enterprises to grow bigger and stronger.Taking skilled employees of H Company of State Grid as the research object,this thesis systematically expounds the fair exchange theory of engagement theory,incentive theory and psychological contract theory at home and abroad.Questionnaires was used to study the current situation and influencing factors of technical employees’ engagement in the company.In this thesis,SPSS.26 is used to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data,and descriptive statistical analysis,demographic variable difference analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis are carried out.Combined with the results,it starts from the significant influencing factors of engagement,such as salary and welfare,person-post matching,leadership and leadership level,organizational climate,and career development.In this way,the problem of technical employee engagement is found.Aiming at the influencing factors and existing problems of engagement,put forward targeted suggestions to promote the professional engagement of skilled employees in H Company of State Grid from four aspects: demographic characteristics,establishment of all-round incentive mechanism,optimization of personnel and post allocation,and establishment of good organizational atmosphere.This study can help the company give play to its talent advantages and improve its core competitiveness in the increasingly fierce economic environment,and provide reference for other companies in the State Grid and other state-owned enterprises with a large proportion of skilled employees. |
