As a large agricultural country,China has formed a large number of residential buildings with regional characteristics in the long-term agricultural production and life in rural areas.With the continuous advancement of urbanization,the living conditions and functional space provided by traditional residential buildings in rural areas can no longer meet the requirements of villagers for modern life.As an important part of the bright culture of our country,rural traditional residence carries people’s memories of nostalgia.How to extend the application value of traditional residence and make it better adapt to the needs of modern life is a hot topic of social attention at present.Through the renovation and active reuse of traditional residential buildings,the old residential buildings in rural areas can glow with new vitality,but also inject new vitality into the countryside,and promote the long-term revitalization of rural economy and culture.The main research object of this paper is the traditional residential buildings in Daxiazhuang area,Qingdao City,Shandong province.On the premise of protecting the regional characteristics and architectural style of the traditional residential buildings in Daxizhuang area,BIM technology simulation method is used to study the optimization and transformation strategy of the suitability of the traditional residential buildings in Daxizhuang area,so as to provide certain references for the renewal and transformation of rural traditional residential buildings.The main research process is as follows:The first step is based on building typology theory,suitability reconstruction theory and passive building energy saving concept,and puts forward the principles and methods suitable for local traditional residential renovation.The second step is to study and analyze the domestic and foreign excellent rural residential renovation cases,and sort out the types and directions of rural residential renovation.The third step is to summarize the existing problems of traditional dwellings in Daxiazhuang Village by means of investigation,instrument measurement and software simulation,such as aging of house components,compact space layout,chaotic functional streamline and poor indoor thermal comfort.The fourth step puts forward the renovation strategy of traditional dwellings in Daxiazhuang Village from the perspective of suitability technology and sustainable development,including the renovation strategy of the external environment of dwellings,the renovation strategy of functional space,and the energy-saving renovation strategy of the envelope structure.Aiming at the energy-saving transformation strategy of the envelope structure of traditional residential buildings,a typical model of traditional residential buildings in Daxiazhuang area was established by Revit software,and the energy-saving effect of the typical model under different transformation measures was simulated and analyzed by Design Builder,an energy consumption simulation software,and the energy-saving optimization efficiency of the envelope structure under different transformation schemes was explored by integrating the simulation data.Finally,the traditional folk houses in Daxiazhuang Village were taken as the case for reconstruction design,hoping to provide a way of thinking for the renewal and reconstruction of rural folk houses in the future and broaden the choice space of villagers.
