Rural residential thermal insulation, heat preservation and energy savingdesign consciousness is weak, the indoor thermal comfort housing environment is not ideal,people often in the extreme heat and cold under the condition of life and work. The traditionalresidential design included some of regional features, but no energy saving measures is verygood inherited, Many of the existing rural residential design simple, material selectionoptional, sunshade ventilation design is not standard.Based on the field investigation, interview, typical residential thermal parameter test, andenergy consumption of the simulation analysis software and other ways, on the thermalcomfort level to do some research of existing rural residential area in Nanchang,combinedwith the local climate, environment and other characteristics analysis the suitability of localenergy saving technology, and the corresponding simulation analysis. The main contents ofthis paper as follows:(1) Through the related equipment to existing typical rural residence of the thermalparameter of the test, the test is divided into spring cold season, transition season and a hotsummer season three parts, the main test the residential indoor temperature, humidity, windspeed, related parameters, and analyzed the trends in indoor temperature. Combined with thethermal comfort evaluation index PMV-PPD, analysis the thermal comfort of the test house.(2) Through the residential energy consumption simulation software DeST-h test thehouse energy consumption simulation, analysis of the temperature range to the number ofhours and different the temperature change of the season, and the comparison and analysis ofthe test data and the simulation of the overall trend data and the numerical relations.(3) Complete test and simulation data after contrast, do the optimization designcombined with the suitability of the house energy saving technology, analyzes the optimaldesign of the residential bring to improve thermal comfort. Based on the test and simulation data, under the support of rural residence in nanchang tothe thermal comfort and suitability of energy saving technology were analyzed andsummarized, theory with practice, for the people improve residential comfort and energysaving effects proposed the feasible scheme.
