| For the past few years,the people’s living conditions have improved a lot as soon as the rapid development in urban and rural construction.while the problems such as ecological damage,waste of energy and resources,loss of style and features have occurred in the development process of rural construction.The new rural construction needs to be designed and guided correctly.Rural construction is different from urban construction.While improving its "ecological" construction,we need to take into account "local" and "economic" construction.For thousands of years,traditional dwellings have created abundant ecological experience in the process of adapting to regional climate and using local resources,at the same time,they have well constructed the regional features.These experiences can be inherited,developed and applied in a new way in contemporary times.From the perspective of ecology,this paper takes the traditional and new residential buildings in the central region of Jiangxi Province as the research object,trying to explore a set of ecological residential design strategy system that can not only meet the living and production needs of modern residents,but also meet the sustainable development.The study contains several aspects:The first part is the introduction.Under the background of energy and environmental crisis,through the domestic and foreign research status,the research object and scope has been defined as well as the research purpose and significance,meanwhile combs the overall research framework.The second part is the related theory and application case study.First of all,this paper analyzes the relevant theories and Application Research Foundation of the ecological strategy of the suitability of traditional residential buildings,and then selects a number of practical cases based on the ecological strategy of traditional residential buildings in similar climate areas,combing and summarizing the reference of the prototype of traditional residential buildings and the specific application of ecological strategy,in order to provide reference for how to study and apply the ecological strategy of traditional residential buildings in the central region of Jiangxi.The third part is the investigation of the current situation of villages and houses.Combined with leading research,instrument measurement and subjective evaluation of residential satisfaction,combing the living status of traditional and new residential buildings and residents’ living needs,comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the new and old residential buildings in terms of ecological performance,leading to the research and application significance of the ecological value of traditional residential buildings.The fourth part is the analysis of the characteristics and ecological strategies of the traditional houses in the central region of Jiangxi.Through the analytic hierarchy process of surface,line and point,this paper analyzes the typical characteristics and ecological strategies of the residential buildings in this area from the four aspects of village location,planning and layout,single residential buildings and material construction.This paper classifies different methods of the same strategy,and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of its ecological performance by using simulation software,which lays the foundation for further refining the suitability of ecological strategy.The fifth part is the optimization and renewal of the ecological strategy of the traditional residence in the central region of Jiangxi and the research of its design and application in the contemporary era.Through the application of principles and ideas,this paper refines,optimizes and renews the ecological strategy of the traditional residential buildings in the previous simulation analysis,and finally establishes a summary table of ecological design strategies based on the traditional residential buildings in the central region of Jiangxi.The sixth part is a summary of the research results,shortcomings and make a further prospects for the follow-up research. |
