The Research On Technology And Strategy Of Comfortable Residence In The Cities Of "Yangtze River Delta" Area

"The studies on the technology of residence appropriateness and tactics of the cities in 'Yangtze River Delta' proceeds from the times background of China, deeply analyses the features of nowadays social and economical development of China and real status of the Chinese people of the present stage. With it as the base, the residence of "Yangtze River Delta" which has the great demonstration effect is taken as the study object of the thesis. Combining with the development trend of the residence in "Yangtze River Delta" cities, the theme of the thesis is: the development direction of the residence in "Yangtze River Delta" should be "promoting comfortable compact residence". Oriented by this point, the thesis introduces comprehensively the development tactics of the comfortable residence in "Yangtze River Delta" cities and related technology."Comfort" is a dynamic concept which means differently for different persons and different times. In the thesis, the factors which influence the comfort of residence are divided into 3 classifications:comfort of the environment outside residencecomfort of the residing function of residencecomfort of the environment inside residenceTo realize the comfort of residence, these three sides should be studied and comprehensively introduced. The first part of these analyses the real status of the development of residence industry in China and existing problems, the status of residence construction of "Yangtze River Delta" cities, and takes them as the base of studying the residence comfort; In next parts, starting from the different factors which influence the residence comfort, the author's opinions and proposals on those points which may be improved are stated. To find the solution of these problems, the related technology and tactics are introduced in the thesis.With the discussion in the preceding parts and combining with the development status of the country and residence industry, the following conclusions are reached after the general analysis:development of comfortable residence should be closely combined with residenceindustrialization.1. Design of the comfortable residence should emphasize integrated design and technology integration.2. Construction of comfortable residence should be combined with the whole renovation of residence.
