Research On Optimization Of Park Green Space Layout In Shangcheng District Of Hangzhou Based On Equity Evaluation

Abstract/Summary:
As a kind of public resources,urban park green space is an important place for urban residents’ entertainment activities.The fairness evaluation of park green space layout is not only conducive to the construction of a more perfect public green space system,but also to the harmonious development of society.Based on the theory of supply and demand balance,this thesis constructs an equity evaluation model for the layout of park green space in Shangcheng District of Hangzhou City,and combines with questionnaire survey,using kernel density analysis,Gaussian two-step mobile search method,Gini coefficient and Lorenz curve,and location entropy method to quantitatively evaluate the layout of park green space from three dimensions of regional equity,spatial equity and social equity.The fairness of the layout of park green space is studied.The results are as follows:(1)The quantity and type of park green space in the region are abundant,and the fairness of park green space layout is better on the whole,but there are some differences among the streets.In terms of types,the number of parks and community parks is large;In terms of area,the comprehensive park is obviously larger than other types of parks;From the perspective of each street,the number of green spaces in Dinglan Street and Jianqiao Street is obviously higher than that in other streets.From the evaluation results,the fairness of Dinglan Street,Nanxing Street,Qingbo Street and Ziyang Street is better,while the fairness of Jiubao Street is relatively low.(2)The spatial distribution of park green space in the region is generally characterized by "overall dispersion and local concentration",and the spatial distribution of different types of park green space in the region is different.The park green space in the central region is distributed,and the north and south regions are concentrated.The balanced distribution of community parks is better than that of comprehensive parks and special parks,and the spatial layout of comprehensive parks presents the agglomeration characteristics of "more north and south,less middle".Community parks show a "uniform" spatial layout,garden shows a "center-edge" spatial layout,and special parks show a "edge" spatial layout.(3)The accessibility of park green space in the region shows the characteristics of "high in the north and south,low in the middle".The accessibility value of park green space in the north and south is within a high threshold(Ai>9.78),and the supply level of park green space is the best under the20-minute threshold of vehicle travel.Under the four modes of travel,Jiubao Street and Pengbu Street still show that the supply of parks and green spaces is in short supply.With the increase of travel time,the supply level of park green space obtained by different communities is gradually improving.(4)The supply level of parks and green spaces in the region does not match the needs of residents.Gini coefficient shows that the supply level of park green space is still in a wide range of distribution gap;The results of location entropy calculation show that residents of Nanxing Street,Qingbo Street and Dinglan Street enjoy higher service level of park green space,while residents of Jianqiao Street,Xiaoying Street and Cai He Street enjoy lower service level.The analysis results of Moran index show that there are different people in the region because of different residence,park green space accessibility is different,low-income people enjoy a relatively low number of parks.(5)In order to further optimize the fairness of park green space layout in the region and enhance residents’ sense of access to park green space,measures can be taken,such as optimizing the construction of community parks and green spaces along the river,improving the road system from residential areas to parks in the middle,leaving blank space in the west to increase green,supplementing green flowers in the east and strengthening the layout of recreational facilities for the elderly in parks.
