Study On Social Efficiency Evalua-tion And Layout Optimization Of Urban Park Green Space

Urban park green space is an extremely important part of urban public service construction,and it is an important guarantee to realize urban fairness and justice.The report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)pointed out that the principal contradiction facing Chinese society has shifted to the balance between people’s needs and development.Urban park green space is an important space carrier to undertake the daily recreation needs of urban residents in the city,and its social service ability reflects the balanced and sufficient matching relationship between it and urban residents,which is basically consistent with the national construction and development goals of China.The existing evaluation indexes of urban park green space,such as the rate of green space and the area covered by green space,can reflect the social service level of urban park green space to a certain extent,but in the practical application,the matching degree between the supply and demand of park green space and urban residents is ignored,and the balanced distribution of park green space is lack of certain guidance.In recent years,with the development of geographic information technology,domestic experts and scholars began to use accessibility to measure the service level of park green space.It can reflect the service relationship between the spatial layout of urban park green space and residents to a certain extent.However,it does not pay enough attention to social equity and justice,and can only reflect the social efficiency of urban park green space to a certain extent.Compared with the research of foreign scholars,domestic scholars pay less attention to the social value of urban park green space.Therefore,it is necessary to study relevant theories and practical knowledge to carry out the research on the social efficiency of urban park green space,so as to provide technical and theoretical reference for the layout and construction of park green space.This paper tries to from the Angle of multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation to carry out the city park green space and social efficiency,with the aid of some classic effective study method,and the index of generality,park green space of space and population adaptation social efficiency of the overall evaluation,build from regional fair to social justice and social justice dimension of city park green space and social effectiveness evaluation index system,And choose the urban park green space within the old city of Chengdu as the object of empirical research.In the dimension of regional equity,the service level of park green space was obtained by using the buffer analysis method.In the dimension of social equity,the spatial pattern of park layout equity was obtained by using location entropy,and the matching degree between the supply and demand of parks and residents was evaluated by using the two-step mobile search method to calculate the service capacity of parks and the accessibility value of settlements,and the spatial layout equity of park green space was evaluated.In the dimension of social justice,based on the availability of data,the elderly group is selected as the representative,and location entropy is used to measure the social justice pattern of park green space service level.Meanwhile,fluctuation coefficient and share index are used to measure whether urban park green space service is skewed to the elderly group to a certain extent.The results show that the social efficacy evaluation based on regional equity and social equity and justice can effectively represent the social efficacy of urban park green space.It is feasible to introduce the fairness index and justice index into the social efficiency evaluation of urban parks,which can effectively measure the degree of adaptation between the spatial layout of green space in parks and urban residents.Based on the above evaluation results,optimization strategies are proposed for urban park green space layout.
