| This topic is based on the current urban population aging and aging rapid development of the background,the elderly nursing needs are obvious,to carry out the nursing nursing institutions indoor environment design strategy research.Based on the spatial requirements of the physiological and social characteristics of the elderly,this paper proposes specific design strategies for the current situation of the elderly nursing home in mutai,shangcheng district.To some extent,this project has met the basic needs of the maintenance old-age care institutions and the old-age care needs of shangcheng district,so as to provide reference for the research of similar projects.This design research body mainly includes: design requirements report,design theory report,design process report and design summary report.First,design the demand report.Firstly,from the current aging background,analyze and demonstrate the characteristics of urban pension development and the urgent demand for nursing pension institutions.Secondly,it analyzes and summarizes the current situation of elderly nursing homes,and realizes that there are some main problems in the specific design of elderly nursing homes,such as copying the design ideas of hospitals,lack of humanistic care,single spatial mode and so on.Finally,through the investigation and analysis of the shangcheng district of hangzhou to determine its actual pension needs.Through the analysis and summary of the above three aspects,the design basis of this topic is proposed and the research significance is discussed.The second is the theoretical research report,which summarizes the design methods through theoretical research on the design of pension facilities at home and abroad and practical analysis of cases.Based on the analysis and study of the physiological characteristics(emphasis on material)and social behavior(emphasis on emotion)of the elderly on space demand,this paper discusses the interior space design method of the elderly nursing home with the ability to adapt to aging.From the three aspects of making full use of the surrounding environmental resources,considering the overall hierarchical maintenance,and reorganizing the construction of multiple indoor Spaces,the interior design theory and strategy of the twilight care home for the elderly in shangcheng district of hangzhou were formed.Three is the report of the design process,according to the design demand report and theoretical study,together with the present situation of uptown pension status and base construction,to build multivariate space pattern as the goal,to deduce the design concept of "composite" elderly maintenance courtyard,forming composite space,functional composite,composite "mode" three levels of specific design strategies,overall design,function layout and maintenance guidance unit respectively the three different levels of space design.The fourth is the design summary report.The research of this topic is based on the fact that the elderly population in the city is getting older,and the space environment of old-age care facilities is difficult to support the new old-age care needs.The design of this project realizes the interior space design of mutai nursing home for the aged from three aspects: endowment mode,functional layout and space shaping.Its innovation lies in exploring the design strategy and method of the interior space of nursing and old-age care institutions,solving the problems of single space mode and lack of humanistic care in the nursing and old-age care institutions,and forming the interior design strategy of nursing and old-age care institutions based on the actual needs of the project. |
