In recent years,with the acceleration of the construction process of science and technology management information,platform has become a new trend of industrial development.With the prosperity of service economy,various fields and industries have turned to pay attention to the development of service quality.Service design can achieve win-win commercial value and social value through reasonable organization and system innovation of resources.This thesis attempts to design and study the Internet platform of construction machinery industry from the perspective of service design concept,in order to explore the relationship between service design and highway construction machinery industry.Through the construction of highway construction machinery scientific and technological innovation service platform to promote the industrial structure and product level of highway construction machinery to the middle and high end,which is of great significance to accelerate China’s progress into a manufacturing power.Based on the concept of service design and based on user research,this thesis designs and analyzes the scientific and technological innovation service platform of highway construction machinery by using the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis,design structure matrix,service blueprint and network analysis.Through stakeholder analysis,the user group is divided into three levels,and for different levels of target users,the pain points and itch points of users’ emotional depression are excavated by means of questionnaires and user interviews.the user needs of the target users are clarified,and the acquired user needs are summarized and classified according to the service process of the scientific and technological innovation platform through the design structure matrix,and the user demand cluster analysis is carried out.According to the results of cluster analysis,the four service modes of the platform are obtained by transforming the service strategy,and the platform service blueprint is constructed through the platform service design orientation,user role model and service system diagram.and use the network analysis method to analyze the importance of the service contact points to guide the platform system architecture design.Finally,relying on the Shaanxi highway construction machinery science and technology innovation service platform project,the service design concept is applied to the highway construction machinery science and technology innovation service platform design.A highway construction machinery industry Internet platform characterized by online virtual simulation is constructed.It has a good effect on optimizing the service process of scientific and technological innovation of highway construction machinery and improving the service quality and efficiency of scientific and technological innovation of highway construction machinery.
