Design The Service System Of Campus Book Sharing Based On The Service Design Concept

Since the 1960 s,the great changes have taken place in the global industrial structure,being due to the development of service industry.The global industrial structure presents a general trend from "industrial economy" to "service economy".The emergence of the new economic situation will inevitably lead the original mode of thinking,innovation and design patterns to new changes.Service design is gradually rising to be the main body of design and thinking,with the new economic situation.This paper explores the theoretical support and related applications of service design in industrial design,which conducts a comprehensive study of service design concepts.This paper will propose the application value of service design in campus environment,and establish book sharing service system in campus.On account of the development of service design requirements,this paper will sum up the user pain points,quantify the problems and put forward innovative ideas,investigating and analyzing of the circulation of campus books.The paper will design book sharing service system that guide tangible product,which takes the share concept of visualization and formalization and guides the effective conduct of sharing activities.Expanding the product content from the perspective of system innovation,this service will enhance the value-added products as the main innovative content;Establishing a new way of user behavior and enhancing user autonomy,they are not only the use value of the products,but also the creator and disseminator of the service.This service will get benefit for more stakeholders on the basis of ensuring the target user benefit and satisfaction,creating new business model to coordinate the interests of users,schools,third parties.
