Young people account for a large proportion of the rental population,which is different from the rental needs of other age groups.They not only need the basic living space for accommodation,but also the shared activity space for leisure,entertainment and social interaction.Therefore,the "co-housing" youth community came into being.In this paper,the service efficiency of the "co-living" youth community enterprise users and the service demand of the resident users are taken as the main research objects,and the service strategy optimization and creation scheme of the "co-housing" youth community touch points are proposed,so as to improve the overall service quality of the community and enhance the satisfaction of the users.By means of literature research,this paper studies the background and current situation of relevant topics,and defines the types of "co-housing" community and the youth groups living in the community.Questionnaire survey was used to collect information about community enterprises and residents.Through the value chain analysis method,the service behavior of "co-housing" youth community enterprises is classified,which is analyzed from the aspects of network promotion and pricing strategy,community space function operation,infrastructure and service project setting,management team organization structure and research,put forward two problems:lack of service interaction and imperfect employee management mechanism.With the aid of Kano model analysis method,this paper investigates and analyzes the service demand of "co-housing" youth community residents,and obtains the service demand model of residents,put forward the service facilities and functional requirements of the users.By drawing the user experience journey diagram and contact analysis diagram of "co-housing" youth community,the service blueprint of the community is constructed,and the design principle of community contact service strategy optimization and creation is proposed.In order to increase the interaction of enterprise services,improve the staff management mechanism and meet the needs of service facilities,the service strategy of "co-housing" youth community touch points are optimized and created.Finally,according to the optimized and created service strategy,we design the scheme of "community assistant" mobile app,and make a simple usability evaluation of the design scheme,which proves that the scheme can achieve high user satisfaction.In this paper,the concept of service design provides some reference for "co-housing"youth community in the direction of service strategy.It can help the community enterprises to optimize and innovate the existing touch point service strategy,and help enterprises to improve the experience satisfaction of community users and the production efficiency of enterprises.
