| With the rapid development of globalization and information technology,the evolution of social and economic patterns has been promoted.Through the innovation and development mode of "Internet + traditional industries",we can provide reliable technical support and broader platform for reform,innovation and development.As the industry with the most commercial value and literary connotation in the 21 st century,literary creation industry is facing the dilemma of product homogeneity and inadequate product innovation ability.In addition,with the upgrading of social consumption structure and the awakening of consumer consumption consciousness,the individualized demand and innovation demand for products are becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,through the design of customized service platform of literary creation products based on user innovation,users of the platform are provided.Provide channels of co-creation,sharing and consultation,integrate the unique advantages of platform users,and then meet the needs of user innovation and resource cooperation.Based on the environment of user innovation,combined with service design theory,the innovation driving subject of creative industry are consumer groups,design groups and enterprise groups,and the innovation motivation,innovation service process,contact point,innovation service value and business model of creative subject are analyzed.Typical users of the platform are extracted through the study of the current situation of the literary market and participants in the literary industry: ordinary consumers,innovative consumers,designers,craftsmen and manufacturers.After obtaining the initial needs of users,the users are quantitatively studied by questionnaire settings to summarize the different needs of typical users on the platform and the current situation of the relationship between them,and to put forward various expected need of typical users on the platform.Finally,according to the previous research and analysis,we can put forward the service system model of the platform and construct the customization platform of literary creation products,and discuss the innovation mode,operation mode,service flow,business mode and user role model of the platform,draw cross-scenario version of user role model.Finally,carry out the prototype design of the functional and experience requirements of the platform,and evaluate the usability of the platform.Then complete platform prototype iteration and visual design after evaluation.Based on the current situation of literary creative products in the market and the innovative needs of users,from the perspective of service design,based on the needs of typical users,optimize and integrate the service content,and construct a customized service platform for literary creative products for three main innovative subjects: consumer groups,design groups and enterprise groups,providing innovative service modes of demand communication,innovation communication and resource integration for innovative subjects.Finally,it provides reference case for the development of literary and creative industries. |
