| Entering the era of ecological civilization, the Chinese government takes "building ecological civilization and promoting green development" as an important concept of governance in the new era.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that Chinese path to modernization in the new era is the modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature. It emphasized that we should accelerate the green transformation of development mode while actively and steadily promoting carbon peak carbon neutrality, which is the only way to respond to the high-quality development trend in the new era,It is also a scientific response to global ecological security issues caused by carbon emissions. As the basic unit of China’s new urbanization construction, county towns are facing clear requirements for low-carbon and green development under macro policies and the context of the times.County green spaces carry regional ecological functions and play an important role in improving the ecological environment, providing material and energy supply, and supporting socio-economic development.Currently, the discipline of urban and rural planning is under the planning system of "full domain, full factor, and full process control",The research on green space is comprehensive and in-depth,mainly focusing on green development, and there is little research on low-carbon development. In this situation and background, taking the "dual carbon" goal as an important direction to optimize the county green space pattern and achieve low-carbon green development in the county town has theoretical value and significance for planning theoretical system, technical system, construction practice, and other aspects.Hancheng City is located in the Yellow River Bay Triangle.During the past decade of urbanization, rapid economic development has also brought about ecological and environmental problems such as soil erosion, excessive emissions, air pollution, and frequent extreme weather.Currently,it faces resource constraints and ecological security threats, and lacks the driving force for urban development and transformation. These development issues are typical in the ecological urban belt along the Yellow River in Shaanxi. Therefore, this study takes Korean cities as the research object, attempting to construct a green space system under the "dual carbon" goal from a spatial level, exploring the coupling mechanism between the process of achieving the "dual carbon" goal and the process of optimizing the green space pattern, constructing a path for optimizing the green space pattern, and proposing appropriate optimization strategies to assist the low-carbon and green development of county towns,And provide reference for other towns along the Yellow River in Shaanxi. The main research content and results are as follows:Through the summary and analysis of domestic and foreign studies related to carbon peaking, carbon neutrality and green space,it is clear how the "double carbon" goal can be integrated into the current planning system,as well as the theoretical basis for the optimization of green space pattern;Build a green space system and clarify the value and function of green space under the "dual carbon" goal;Analyze the implementation mechanism of the "dual carbon" goal in the process of optimizing the green spatial pattern;Sort out the current natural conditions, social overview, and economic overview of Hancheng City, and summarize the core issues of urban development;Quantitatively analyze the quantity, morphological structure, spatial pattern evolution and driving factors, ecosystem service value and potential of the current green space in Hancheng City, summarize the main existing problems of green space, and serve as the problem direction for optimization.Propose specific optimization goals, principles, ideas, and methods guided by the combination of problems and objectives; In response to the specific problems in Hancheng City,a comprehensive evaluation of multiple indicators will be conducted to determine the focus and direction of optimization.Specific strategies will be proposed to shape the green security pattern, carbon sink pattern, green industry pattern, coordinate overall land use, enrich micro design, and connect planning and implementation management.Under the clear requirements of low-carbon and green development transformation in county towns, this study focuses on the supporting role of green space in urban development and the implementation path of the "dual carbon" goal.Using theoretical methods from disciplines such as urban and rural planning, geography, ecology, and process tools such as Arcgis,ENVI,Fragstats, etc.,a scientific and quantitative framework and countermeasures for optimizing the green space pattern targeting specific problems in Hancheng City are proposed.I hope that the research results can provide ideas and methods for green space research in China, and provide reference for the low-carbon green development transformation path of other counties along the Yellow River ecological town belt in Shaanxi,as well as all counties in the Yellow River Basin. |
