| The appearance of human ci vilization is along the river.The settlem ent of human being leads to the e mergence and development of the city and urbanization on the riverside.After industrialization,fundamental changes have occurred in term s of the relationship between the city and t he rive.In the process of “taming” the river repeatedly,the conflicts between the river and the city had be come more and more obvious.In the 1990 s to the middle of 2000,China experienced such peri od: hardening phenomenon occurred in all urban rivers around t he country.Led by t he Ministry of Water Resource,this was entirely an engineeri ng operation of which the ba sic orientation was for protecting city property and human life.The purpose was to fence up the river in dangerous flooding period by using two dams with clear boundary,so the flood peak will be eased as soon as possible.The river after solidification showed the characteristics of watercourse sunken sp ace.Because of the lack of design and management,rivers gave out a sense of loss and negativity.They split the cities into pieces as grabens.Small cities of corridor valley pattern represented by Luonan County,Shaanxi Province experienced the grea test influences in this national “hardening” phenomenon,because their morphology and development are led by rivers.When the county river,which was considered as the “spindle” of the county was hardened by the flood control project,development of the entire city also showed the phenomenon of “rigidity”.Various pr oblems,such as crowded space,noises,slow development and lack of energy,etc,gradually showed up in the county.Therefore,the residents and development of the county are in urgent needs for the renovation of river landscape,which will be the driving force for the recovery and revitalization of the entire county.The problem of Luonan County River is not only about the river itself,but more about the city-river integration.From the three aspects above the city,the river and inner-water course,this article attempts to put forward landscape renovation and re vitalization strategies which emphasizes the s ynergy of the county river and the county.Starting fr om the c ontext of ur banization,the article studies the “ double-sided” influences brought about by the mult iple relationships between the county and the river and the watercourse sunken space.It is recognized that the landscape reno vation of county river requires not only integrating the huma nity history of th e county for culture transfor mation but also taking a broader view to the su rrounding areas of the count y to look for large and s mall space joints which can fundamentally solve the conflicts between the river and the county and provi de proposals in terms of renovation scope and design suggestion for surrounding urban l and.On this basis,the designer focuses on the level of county river and integrates the characteristics of watercourse sunken space to connect above urban joints by usi ng the slow-traffic system of the county river.The plant landscape style of each part is also divided.Besides,multi-disciplinary knowledge is used in terms of specific level of t he inner-watercourse to anal yze various processes of the river.Corresponding renovation strategies for embankment,riverbank and river bed are put forward,and suggestions for materials,structure and usage are made by combing the slow-traffic system of the watercourse to classif y all landscape facilities.The above measures provide guidance for the thorough design for the landscape space inside the watercourse.In the end,thorough the comprehensive landscape renovation of above three levels,the joint revitalization of the county and the county river is achieved. |
