Under the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,China will accelerate the pace of green and low-carbon energy transition,which requires the 14 th Five-Year Plan period and the future long-term power market to focus on the direction of green and low-carbon.Under the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,with the application of smart grid technology and energy storage technology,the electrification of industry and transportation will bring huge changes on the demand side of electricity,which will promote the restructuring of electricity and energy consumption in Yunnan Province,thus affecting the strategy and management process of Y power supply enterprise in the demand side.In recent years,Y power supply enterprises have established load management systems and carried out activities such as energy-saving management and orderly power consumption,which have generated economic benefits and undertaken social responsibilities of power supply while ensuring a stable power supply.However,due to the late start of the implementation of demand-side management,there are still some limitations in the management concept and implementation methods,and the organizational design,management system,and implementation mechanism are still not comprehensive enough,so the role played by demand-side management has not yet reached expectations.In this paper,we summarize and analyze the current situation and development direction of Yunnan’s electricity market under the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals by applying sustainable development theory,public goods theory,demand management theory,and electricity marketing theory,study and analyze the problems of demand-side management of Y power supply enterprise,and put forward the assumptions of Yunnan’s electricity market.The basic strategy of power demand side management of Y power supply enterprise is studied and constructed by predicting the load development trend and constructing power market hypothesis and designing management process and strategy in a targeted manner.The proposed management strategies will provide feasible suggestions for the development of national power demand-side management and provide references for the strategic adjustment and transformation of power supply enterprises.
