Research On The Construction And Planning Strategy Of Rural Life Circle System In Yangxian County Under The Guidance Of High Quality Development

Since the 1920 s,as China’s urbanization process has entered a stable period,China’s development model has shifted from pursuing high-speed development to high-quality development.And due to the transformation of major contradictions in our country,rural residents’ demands for the quality of life in rural areas are constantly improving.With the release of a series of policies such as rural revitalization,a system of socio-economic integration and development between urban and rural areas is gradually forming.At the same time,due to the development and improvement of transportation and network,the scope of activities of villagers has been continuously expanding,shifting from a single administrative boundary to regional activities,and the phenomenon of classification is obvious.The traditional rural planning model based on administrative division ignores the spatial distribution of population and the characteristics of daily life needs,leading to problems such as mismatch between the existing rural pattern,public service supply,and the increasingly modern living and production needs of villagers,as well as imbalanced allocation of rural pattern and public service facilities.In this context,high-quality development has become one of the important paths to achieve urban-rural integration and narrow the urban-rural gap.Against the backdrop of this deeply rooted planning concept,research on rural life circles centered around rural areas has begun to receive widespread attention within the community.As one of the important concepts of urban-rural integration development,rural life circle aims to build a development pattern of urban-rural interaction,resource sharing,and industrial integration,and achieve common development and shared prosperity for urban and rural residents.However,in practical practice,the construction of rural life circles faces some challenges and difficulties.This study takes Yangxian County as an example to explore the system construction,supply capacity calculation,and planning strategies of rural living circles under the guidance of high-quality development.The research background includes the background of the times,policies,regions,and practices.The research content includes the connotation and elements of high-quality development in urban and rural areas,the basic concept and connotation analysis of rural life circles,the division method of rural life circle system under the guidance of high-quality development,the evaluation method and planning strategy of rural life circles.Explored the high-quality development of rural life circles from both theoretical and practical perspectives.Through a review of relevant basic theories and domestic and international research,the author analyzed the theories and practices related to high-quality development in urban and rural areas,as well as the theoretical research and practical research on the optimization of the living circle pattern.Based on the current situation of Yangxian County,an in-depth analysis was conducted on the values,development factors,spatial structure,and characteristics of high-quality development of rural living circles,and a rural living circle system and spatial performance model based on high-quality development were constructed.And summarized the current situation of Yangxian from multiple perspectives,measured and constructed its living circle scope,and calculated its supply capacity.Based on the calculation results,planning strategy research was conducted.Research has shown that there are problems in the rural living circle of Yangxian,such as mismatch between supply capacity and demand,insufficient consideration and balance of land use and environmental impacts,low efficiency,and insufficient fairness.This article delves into the spatial measurement and supply capacity calculation of rural living circles from the perspective of high-quality development,and provides optimization ideas,providing certain reference significance for the construction practice of rural living circles.Through the study of the rural life circle in Yangxian County,it provides reference for the high-quality development of rural life circles in the central and western regions and other similar areas.However,this method still has limitations and there are still many aspects that need to be further explored and improved,such as data sources,applicability of methodology,and optimization methods.Future research can further improve and deepen this study,providing useful insights in optimizing the spatial pattern of rural living circles.This article looks forward to further breakthroughs and achievements in these areas in future research,in order to promote high-quality rural development.
