Research On The Evaluation Of Life Quality Of The Community Life Circle

In recent years,the development of China has entered a transitional stage.People’s livelihood has become increasingly important to the country’s development.The development of people’s livelihood is not a subsidiary product of economic development but the main goal of social development.How to improve the life quality of residents and enhance residents’ happiness has become the main issue of social development.With the promulgation of planning standards and guidelines for residential areas and community life circles,the urban planning field has paid more and more attention to issues such as quality of life and community construction.Domestic and foreign scholars have conducted in-depth research in the dimensions of life quality assessment,the delineation and facility configuration of community life circle which make the foundation for the study on life quality of community life circle.From the perspective of people’s need and feeling,this paper establishes a three-level index system to evaluate the quality of life in the community,based on the global quality of life index system,the classification methods of existing research and the facilities configuration standards of community life circle.The primary indicator is quality of life.The five secondary indicators are suitability for living,employment,tourism,retirement and education.Nine dimensions were considered when selecting the three-level indicators,including living environment,business services,sports and fitness,administrative management,employment situation,culture and entertainment,daily travel,medical care and elderly care,and education.There are 15three-level indicators,including greening rate,density of commercial outlets,distance to comprehensive stadiums,distance to outdoor fitness venues,distance to community safety agencies,number of jobs,distance to employment service agencies,distance to cultural venues,distance to scenic spots,distance to subway stations,distance to medical institutions,distance to elderly care institutions,density of elderly activity institutions,distance to secondary schools and distance to primary schools.By establishing a structural equation model for the evaluation system of community life quality,this paper obtains the importance of the indicators and calculates the weights of the indicators.The results show that the influence of suitability for living,employment,tourism,education and retirement on community life quality gradually decreases.Among the 15 secondary indicators,the number of jobs,the distance from employment service agencies,and the distance from scenic spots have a higher impact on community life quality,while the distance from community safety agencies,the distance from subway stations,and the distance from medical institutions have less impact on community life quality.Based on multi-source urban data such as POI,remote sensing data and housing data,this paper conducts a comprehensive evaluation and spatial autocorrelation analysis on the community life quality of 1055 residential quarters in the main urban area of Nanjing.The results show that the suitability of education and tourism are better than the suitability of living,employment and retirement.Community life quality index is0.652.The spatial distribution pattern of community life quality in the main urban area of Nanjing is ‘one primary core,one secondary core and multiple other points’.The ‘primary core’ is the old city,the ‘secondary core’ is Hexi New Town,and the ‘multiple other points’ are the Central North city,the Suojin Village area and the Xiaolingwei area.Finally,this paper proposes an optimization strategy for the community life quality according to the evaluation results and the current situation.Livability strategies include high-quality housing supply,diverse and balanced facility supply,and a green and ecological community environment.Employability strategies include proximity to adequate jobs and characteristic shared employment spaces.Strategies to improve tourism suitability include cultural heritage and low-carbon transportation.Strategies to improve the suitability of the elderly include professional and affordable elderly institutions and convenient medical insurance.Strategies to improve educational appropriateness include public-private education and a healthy community culture.
