| With the advancement of urbanization,the development of regional logistics is becoming stronger and stronger,and gradually becoming an important part of national economic development.The progress of urbanization is a prerequisite for the development of regional logistics,and the development of regional logistics provides a basic guarantee for urbanization.There is a gradient difference between urbanization and regional logistics development in the east,middle and west of China,with the east developed and the west lagging behind.It is of urgent practical significance to explore the law of coupling and coordination between urbanization and regional logistics and to promote the balanced development of regional logistics.Based on the above background,firstly,we conduct a study on the foundation and research status of urbanization and regional logistics coupling at home and abroad.Secondly,the entropy value method is used to construct an index system for evaluating the level of urbanization and regional logistics development.Finally,the data on urbanization and regional logistics in the inter-regional and intra-regional provinces of East,Central and West China from 2011 to 2020 are used as samples for case studies.The results of the study show that:(1)The overall level of urbanization and regional logistics development in China’s inter-regional and regional provinces in the East,West and Central regions is improving year by year,with regional heterogeneity showing East > Central >West;different performance exists within different regions,with regional logistics in the East changing from gradient to equilibrium,while there is still much room for progress in the Central and West.(2)The inter-regional coupling and coordination between east and west maintains an upward trend,with a range of "moderate disorder-barely coordinated",and a decreasing spatial performance from east to west.At the provincial scale,the range is "moderately out of tune-well coordinated",with the coupling degree gap between eastern provinces narrowing and converging;the coupling coordination degree of central provinces increases from(0.315-0.334)to(0.387-0.426),with a smaller gap and a slight gradient;the coupling coordination degree of western provinces increases from(0.242-0.359)to(0.387-0.426).(0.242-0.359)to(0.327-0.489),with a larger gap and a multipolarity.(3)The urbanization factors that are highly correlated with the coupling coordination of the eastern,central and western regions are GDP per capita,total retail sales of consumer goods,urban disposable income per capita and the share of tertiary industry in total output value;the factor of total import and export of goods is more correlated with the coupling coordination of the eastern region,and the factor of freight volume is more correlated with the coupling coordination of the central region.Finally,in view of the polarization of the central and western regions,suggestions are made to eliminate regional logistics polarization and move towards balanced development in terms of developing the headquarters economy,attaching importance to the development policies of "One Belt,One Road" and "Western Land and Sea Corridor",and developing logistics with provincial characteristics. |
