The Relation Analysis Between Cooperation And Revenue Of Prefabricated Construction Enterprises Under The Dynamic Capability Of Supply Chain

Prefabricated building,as a new type of building production method,realizes sustainable development of energy saving,environmental protection,and maximum life cycle value of building products,and well meets the requirements of the traditional construction industry’s transformation and upgrading.It has become an inevitable trend of the development of the construction industry under the current situation.Companies in prefabricated building supply chains also have long-term cooperative relationships.Therefore,how to improve the interactive and cooperative relationships between companies in prefabricated building supply chains,so that corporate members can maintain a harmonious state and stabilize the prefabricated construction companies.The development and improvement of corporate returns throughout the prefabricated building supply chain are topics worth studying.From the perspective of the dynamic capabilities of the supply chain,this article discusses how to enhance the corporate revenue in the prefabricated construction supply chain by strengthening cooperation among prefabricated construction enterprises.Because the supply chain dynamic capabilities contain many elements,this article draws on previous studies to further screen the core elements of the supply chain dynamic capabilities,and finally determines the core elements of the supply chain dynamic capabilities as integration and reconstruction capabilities,and supply chain learning.Capabilities,supply chain coordination capabilities.Therefore,the purpose of this paper and research is to study the static and dynamic effects of cooperation between prefabricated construction enterprises on the corporate income under the dynamic capabilities of the supply chain,determine the impact mechanism,and provide theoretical and decision support for the development and maintenance of the prefabricated construction industry.The dissertation first elaborates the research background,and then puts forward the research questions of this article,that is,to explore the mechanism of the impact of the cooperation between prefabricated enterprises on the returns of enterprises under the dynamic capabilities of the supply chain.The research methods in this paper are mainly literature analysis method,questionnaire method,structural equation model and differential game method.Based on the empirical analysis and theoretical explanation of domestic and foreign scholars on the supply chain dynamic capabilities and cooperation of prefabricated construction enterprises,the problems needed in this paper are found.By issuing questionnaires to colleagues and scholars in the prefabricated construction industry,a structural equation model was established to verify whether the assumptions were established,and the relationship between prefabricated construction companies’ cooperation,the dynamic capabilities of the supply chain,and corporate income were determined,and the supply was thus established.The supply chain system of prefabricated building under the dynamic capability of the chain analyzes the dynamic impact of cooperation between prefabricated construction companies on the profit of the company under the dynamic capability of the supply chain.The research tools used in this paper are SPSS software,AMOS software,and Matlab software,which are used to plot and process hypothetical models.The research significance of this article provides reference for the research of related paradigms,on the other hand,it also increases the understanding of supply chain dynamic capabilities of prefabricated construction enterprises,and guides the companies in prefabricated construction supply chain to enhance their capabilities by enhancing the dynamic capabilities of supply chain.income.Through empirical analysis,the results show that there is positive relationship between the cooperation between prefabricated construction companies,the dynamic capabilities of the supply chain,and corporate returns.The dynamic capabilities of the supply chain have certain intermediary role.Under centralized decision-making,the prefabricated construction supply chain The company’s income is higher than that under decentralized decision-making,but with the continuous investment of the supply chain dynamic capabilities by the companies in the prefabricated building supply chain,the company’s income will gradually reach its maximum and remain unchanged over time.Finally,the paper points out the innovations and deficiencies of the research.
