Study On Urban Village Resettlement Community In Zhengzhou

With the rapid expansion of urbanization in recent years,a large influx of people have flooded into cities,and urban housing problems are prominent.However,the development of residential areas in the city is uneven.The urban villages,as the main inhabited areas in large cities,have been the focus of housing renewal due to their unique “village style”.Although,in the process of urban village resettlement community construction,due to insufficient research on these residents' needs,the standardization of community facilities is common which is resulting in imbalanced supply and demand of resettlement community facilities,lack of community inclusiveness is greatly affecting the residents' life.This paper applies the life circle theory to community planning,combines the land use planning and urban construction in Zhengzhou,constructs a theoretical model of community life circle,and analyzes the case of two types of urban village resettlement communities by using the typical case study method.According to the flat layout and the supply & demand,we should construct a hierarchical system in the community facilities planning,actively cultivate facility clusters,improve the complexity of each facility cluster,and then improve the comprehensive utilization rate of facilities.There are seven chapters in this study,which are mainly divided into three parts:The first part is basic research,including the first chapter and the second.The first chapter is the introduction,introducing the research background,research significance and related research progress.The second chapter is research design,which mainly includes research objects,ideas and theoretical support,research content,methods and data sources,and the thesis framework.The second part is the core research,including the third,fourth,fifth and sixth chapters.The third chapter summarizes the supply of urban village resettlement community facilities in Zhengzhou,including the review of the demolition and resettlement process of Urban village in Zhengzhou,and the supply status of urban village resettlement community facilities in Zhengzhou.Chapters 4 and 5 provide a case study of community facilities supply in two types of urban villages(urban villages and suburban villages),including community construction,community facilities supply and residents' demand in community facilities,and the supply & demand matching analysis.The sixth chapter is the research on the planning strategy of public service facilities in the resettlement community of Urban village in Zhengzhou,which mainly includes the supply strategy and layout strategy of the community facilities.The third part is the conclusion and outlook,including the seventh chapter,summarizing the main research theories,innovations and deficiencies of the full text,and put forward the research prospects.
