Study On Landscape Design Of Resettlement Community Under The Background Of New Urbanization

Since the 1990 s,urbanization has become an important choice for realizing China's modernization goals.It is an important driving force for economic growth and an important way for urban and rural planning and development.At present,with the rapid development of urbanization,the rural population is gradually shifting to urban areas,and the spatial layout of the city is gradually expanding,but it also presents a uniform urban appearance.In 2014,China proposed a new urbanization strategy that was a higher requirement for the old urbanization,and it was a human-centered urbanization.Nowadays,the urbanization of China's big cities has entered a stage of steady progress,and small and medium-sized cities are still in full swing to carry out new urbanization construction.Land acquisition,demolition and resettlement are the main means to realize the construction of new urban areas.As a special type of residential area,resettlement community plays an important role in promoting new urbanization construction and improving the quality level of urban construction.Urbanization has accelerated the disappearance of shanty towns and urban villages in cities.In 2015,China's urban work conference proposed to complete the transformation of shanty towns in cities in 2020.Most of the previous resettlement community landscapes copied goods in cities.The community is a low version of the commercial residential community,which lacks the unique humanistic characteristics and life style of such a community.In the context of new urbanization,drawing on the advantages of landscape design and construction of resettlement communities in the development of large cities,paying more attention to residents' living habits and spiritual and cultural appeals,and researching and designing the landscape environment of Shangqiu resettlement community can promote The continuation of the local regional culture,exerting the practical functions of the landscape and its own ecological functions,making a contribution to the creation of an ecological city,enabling the displaced people to gain more sense of belonging and happiness,and further strengthening the stability of the society.Help create an atmosphere of a harmonious society.Studying this topic has certain reference value and practical significance for the landscape environment of resettlement communities built in the process of new urbanization in China's small and medium-sized cities,especially in the small and medium-sized cities in the north.In the new urbanization process in China,the disappearance of villages and shanty towns with traditional regional culture is replaced by resettlement communities with better living conditions.The landscape environment of the resettlement community is the carrier for people to carry out daily interaction activities,and the rational design of it helps the residents to adapt to the lifestyle of the modern community as soon as possible.This paper takes the landscape of the high-speed railway new town resettlement community in Shangqiu City as the research object,and applies the research methods such as literature research method,research analysis method,case analysis method,comparative analysis method and practical application method.Firstly,the relevant research status at home and abroad is summarized and analyzed,and the corresponding concepts are explained.Secondly,by comparing and analyzing the resettlement community with the commercial districts in the city,the characteristics and functions of the resettlement community landscape are summarized,and the development direction of the future resettlement community landscape design is predicted.Then analyze some cases around Xiamen and the project,and draw lessons and inspiration.Finally,on the basis of the field investigation,the characteristics of the residents in the resettlement community,living habits,and the residents' demand for the landscape environment are the primary considerations for design.At the same time,local historical and cultural elements are added to the landscape,and the neighborhood communication space is reasonably arranged.Introduce the concept of “sponge city”,and design the landscape of people-oriented,economical,easy to maintain and ecologically sustainable resettlement community in strict accordance with the government's construction requirements and investment costs,in order to meet the local residents' yearning for ecologically livable living environment,with a view to provide some new ideas for the landscape design of local resettlement areas in the future.
