Study On Preservation And Renewal Of Chenggu County Historic Urban Area From The Perspective Of Cultural And Tourism Integration

Culture is the new driving force of tourism development,and tourism is the carrier of cultural display.Historical city contains rich and diversified material and intangible cultural resources,which is the only choice for the integrated development of cultural tourism.The historic urban area of Chenggu County has the intangible cultural resources of the Ming and Qing dynasties,traditional courtyards and beautiful stars with regional characteristics of southern Shaanxi province.However,due to the lack of systematic protection and planning,most of the historical buildings are only in the static protection of idle and isolated,and the intangible cultural resources are rarely known and are in danger of disappearing,resulting in various problems such as poor living environment of urban residents.This paper makes an overall plan for the integrated development of culture and tourism in the historic urban area of Chenggu County,aiming at activating and dynamically protecting cultural resources,carrying forward the history and culture,and improving the environmental quality of urban residents’ life.Based on the perspective of cultural and tourism integration,this paper takes the historic urban area of Chenggu County as the research object,discusses the protection methods of architectural courtyard space,street space and public activity space,and puts forward the design strategy of historic urban renewal.With a problem-oriented approach,the author uses literature research method,case analysis method,field research method and interdisciplinary method to form the framework of the paper through the research logic of "raising questions--analyzing problems--solving problems".First of all,the research of relevant theories and the summary of excellent experience of relevant cases.By combing and summarizing the theories related to the integration of foreign tourism and historical urban areas in China,it is found that there are few researches on the renewal of historical urban areas in the transformation of cultural tourism.In historical urban areas,the density of buildings is high,the planning lacks plant greening and the innovation of cultural experience activities is insufficient,and the application mode of cultural and tourism integration in the conservation and renewal of historic urban areas is studied.Secondly,the method of interview and investigation is used to investigate the environmental situation and cultural tourism resources of Chenggu County,comprehensively and systematically analyze the status quo of building space,street space,public activity space and intangible cultural resources,and summarize the problems in the development of cultural tourism.Thirdly,based on the principles of overall coordination,key protection,authenticity and practicality,organic integration of culture and commerce,and sustainable development,the paper puts forward the protection and renewal strategies of architectural space,street space,public activity space and intangible cultural resources.Finally,taking the historic urban area of Chenggu County as the object of transformation,the overall design and special design are carried out,and the protection and renewal suggestions are put forward.
