Protection And Renewal Studies Of Qiqihar Rossiya Street Historical And Cultural Block

With the development of The Times,and the progress of science,with the improvement of social living standard,people’s pursuit of living environment is getting higher and higher.While the city is making progress,it is bound to be accompanied by the elimination of backward environment.However,there is still a culture and essence worthy of generations’ inheritance in the historical and cultural street area,and these cultures and carriers are facing great threats and challenges in the modern society.Therefore,the protection and renewal of historical and cultural blocks need people to face it correctly.Located in Angangxi district,Qiqihar city,Heilongjiang province,China,the historical and cultural block of rossiya street was built in the Middle East railway period in 1907.AS a second-class station along the railway line,the block is relatively complete in scale,structure and function.More than 100 Russian style buildings are preserved in the block,which is typial in the blocks along the Middle East railway.Combined with the protection plan of the block,the paper puts forward constructive Suggestions for the renewal and development of the block,and actively explores the protection and renewal mode of the historic and cultural blocks along the Middle East railway.This paper discusses the relevant theories,viewpoints,policies and practices of historical and cultural districts at home and abroad.By referring to relevant cases,this paper analyzes the reasons for the success of the reconstruction of the three blocks of Chuanyue street,Width alley and Xintiandi.This paper take block protection planning the preparation work as an opportunity,collect the blocks of historical data,analyzes the spatial pattern of block,traditional style,historical and cultural value elements such as bump unit,and summarizes the block protection value and update,systematically combing the architectural style of blocks,traffic,landscape environment,services,and infrastructure construction such as the status quo.The study finds that there are problems such as disordered construction,insufficient protection,decaying living environment and insufficient service facilities in the block,and also finds that the function of the block has changed,and it is necessary to find new factors for the development of the block.In the protection and renewal of the block,the protection objects of the block are defined,and the strategies of zoning classification and strict protection are put forward for the landscape,pattern and cultural heritage with protection value.In combination with the protection plan,this paper puts forward the renovation strategies for the existing problems in the current construction situation,such as the classification and renovation of buildings,the sorting out of traffic,the repairing of landscape environment,and the supporting service facilities.Finally,on the activation of the vitality of the block,put forward the integration of the function of the block,all kinds of commercial form implantation,to create a cultural tourism economy and other strategies.
