Research On Industrial Development And Spatial Layout Of Industrial Parks In Wensu County

With the in-depth promotion of industrial transfer in the eastern coastal cities,industrial development in the western region,and joint construction of the “the Belt and Road”,Xinjiang has become an important economic growth point in the future.As an important hub in southern Xinjiang,Aksu,with its good geographical advantages and resource conditions,also provides an unprecedented opportunity and platform for the development of Wensu County.However,at present,the development of Wensu County is facing problems such as unclear orientation of industrial development and disordered industrial spatial distribution.Therefore,this paper,based on the relevant research theories of industrial development and industrial spatial distribution at home and abroad,takes industrial development and industrial space and their relationship as the starting point for research.First of all,through investigation and analysis,it is clear that the industrial park in Wensu County has a slow development,and its advantages are difficult to translate into development power,low efficiency of industrial space,and disorderly development,and its causes are analyzed from the regional and park levels.Secondly,in terms of industrial development,the development of the park industry needs to take into account the planning,market and other factors.Therefore,through qualitative and quantitative analysis of the policy guidance,resource advantages,industrial foundation,industrial development stage,industrial relevance,market environment and other factors,the leading industry direction in line with the local development is finally determined,and the guidance is carried out in combination with the industrial foundation,development conditions and other factors,It is suggested that the industrial development strategy of "priority development type+key cultivation type+promotion promotion type" be adopted to reasonably build the industrial system of the park led by natural gas chemical industry and new building materials and agricultural and sideline products processing,pharmaceutical industry,scientific and technological research and development,leisure agricultural tourism.Then,in the study of the relationship between industrial development and industrial space,it was found that the main industries in Wensu County,although they have obvious advantages in the economic level,are shown in the regional space level as the competitive relationship of the same industry forming multiple clusters by combining the overall spatial characteristics of large dispersion and small agglomeration in Wensu County,and exploring its spatial characteristics by means of nuclear density analysis,coupling analysis and other methods,the dispersion of industrial space makes the leading industries appear to be large in overall scale,but they can not play the agglomeration effect.The industrial development and space basically have the problem of coupling imbalance.Therefore,it is suggested to classify and guide the industrial space,focusing on the development of the industrial type of "single core+strong agglomeration",then refining the industrial type of "multi-core+sub-agglomeration",and finally optimizing the industrial type of "multi-core+weak agglomeration",to achieve an efficient industrial development model.Finally,in view of the problems of industry and space,through the evaluation of space potential,predict the space scale of the industrial park,and finally determine the development boundary of the park.On this basis,from the space level of the park,combine the development conditions and industrial space needs to carry out the functional layout.The industrial development of the park is facing the transformation from "single core" to "multi-core".It is suggested that the organizational structure of "multi-core parallel" should be established,among them,the industrial park is suggested to adopt the "axis type" organization form,which links each individual core industry with the axis,so that its core industries meet the close connection of the extended industry,and at the same time avoid the interference caused by the excessive space intersection;for the agricultural science park,it is suggested to form a relatively close structural network with the "tandem" spatial structure and the integrated service core as the center,and connect multiple industrial clusters to meet the space requirements of industrial openness and sharing.
