Research On Industrial Selection And Spatial Layout In Siping City Based On Industrial Cluster Theory

In recent years,the relevant measures and development strategies for the revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China have been expanding in depth,but the effect of economic upgrading is not significant;with China's economy entering the new normal,Northeast China has come to a new historical juncture,so the emergence of the "new Northeast phenomenon" once again warns people of the imminent reform of the direction of industrial development and the adjustment of industrial structure.In the wave of industrial development planning reform,scholars from all walks of life have had a heated discussion on the integration of traditional industries and emerging industries.Exploration is a way for them to develop harmoniously and create certain economy and vitality.Siping City is located in the south of Jilin Province.It has the development color of the old industrial base.In the current development,Siping's industrial economy has entered a bottleneck period.In the new round of master plan of Siping City,the industrial development plan occupies a certain important position.The new industrial orientation and the injection of new development vitality have a crucial impact on the layout of the next master plan.Therefore,under the influence of these factors,taking the industrial development of Siping urban area as the research object,this paper focuses on the adjustment of industrial structure and spatial layout of Siping urban area,and looks for a new direction for the industrial development of Siping urban area on the basis of systematic combing,the path of optimizing industry and the goal of adjusting ideas.This paper is mainly divided into two aspects of research,namely,the choice of industry and industrial spatial layout planning.In the second chapter,the literature review of these two aspects is carried out,thus combing out the screening system and layout mode,as the theoretical support framework of the article.In the aspect of industrial choice,it is divided into two parts: the development of industrial economy in Siping City and the study of industrial choice.The first part is through the collection of data and field investigation,from the northeast,Jilin Province to Siping City macro level to micro level,to sort out and sort out the industrial economy in detail,and dig out the important development industries.The second part is to establish the industrial screening system in the aspect of industrial selection,mainly from four aspects: the selection of conditions for forming clusters,the selection of economic development of industrial sectors,the selection of traditional industrial clusters and the cultivation of mailbox industrial clusters.Through the component calculation of deviation share method,adjust the industrialstructure to screen out the types of development industries,through the location entropy method to subdivide the traditional industries,and then select the existing traditional industries through the extension and repair of the industrial chain to screen out the development types of emerging industries.In terms of industrial spatial layout,it is also divided into two parts,namely the distribution of industrial clusters and development factors in Siping urban area and the optimization of urban industrial spatial structure and layout.The first part is to first crawl the POI points of interest of the enterprises selected by the industry type,and to analyze the nuclear density analysis to summarize the distribution characteristics;secondly,to sort out and summarize the current situation of the development factors from the perspective of industrial clusters,as the next step Layout planning laid the foundation.After analyzing and researching the above,the second part plans the urban industrial space layout and structure,and updates the industrial development ideas;secondly,it further adjusts the organization optimization between industrial clusters,traditional industrial cluster optimization models and emerging industrial clusters.Optimize the model and further organize the links between the clusters.Finally,the strategy and development direction of industrial upgrading are proposed.To find a more complete,comprehensive and reasonable industrial upgrading path and fresh vitality for the industrial development of Siping urban area.
