| As a national strategic economic development area,the Chang-Ji-Tu region development and opening pilot area was officially approved in 2010,and the construction was officially carried out in 2010.As a new engine of economic development in Northeast China,various industries in the region have developed rapidly under the "One Belt,One Road" development policy,and industrial agglomeration has initially formed.Then,many studies and phenomena show that rapid economic development often leads to environmental pollution or ecological destruction and other problems.The development concept of "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" of the 19 th National Congress has promoted new industrial development directions and opportunities.As a spatial organization pattern of industrial division of labor,industrial agglomeration has a complex impact on ecological efficiency.It is very important to study the coupling relationship between industrial agglomeration and environmental stress in Chang-Ji-Tu region and analyze the environment-friendly industrial layout for promoting sustainable development and economic construction in Chang-Ji-Tu region.Based on the spatial information acquisition capability of remote sensing,Landsat satellite image and ASTERGDEM data were used to extract six factors of environmental assessment,and the weighted superposition analysis of spatial analysis capability of geographic information system was used to obtain the spatial distribution of ecological and environmental changes in Changchun-Jilin map in 2010 and 2020.In addition,through the collection of industrial theme POI and kernel density analysis method,the spatial aggregation characteristics and industrial distribution of the first,second and third industries in Chang-Ji-Tu region were clarified.Finally,according to the stress effect of industrial agglomeration on environmental deterioration,the strength of environmental stress factors was determined,and the distribution characteristics of environment-friendly industrial layout were evaluated according to the regional development industry planning.The results show:(1)During the development of Chang-Ji-Tu region for more than ten years,under the guidance of the policy,the ecological environment of most regions has been improved to varying degrees compared with that of the old industrial areas,and most of the industrial agglomeration has not caused negative impact on the environment.The deterioration of ecological environment is mainly concentrated in Changchun,Jilin and other cities in the economic center of the province and Nongan County,a large agricultural county.(2)Most of the distribution of the three industries in Chang-Ji-Map shows a "southeast-northwest" trend,and the three industries are all located in Changchun-Jilin City Group to form an agglomeration center;(3)The agglomeration of animal husbandry,financial industry,entertainment industry,information technology service industry and leasing commercial service industry in the three industries has not caused stress impact on the environment,forming two high stress and center of ecological environment in Changsha and Jilin and radiating to the surrounding areas.This study also clarified and discussed the spatial layout of environment-friendly industries of key industries--manufacturing industry,information technology service industry,medicine and health industry,artificial intelligence and robotics industry and tourism industry according to the relevant policy documents of Jilin Provincial government for the development of Chang-Ji-Tu region. |
