Research On Industrial Development And Space Layout Of General Aviation Industrial Park

General aviation,with its wide ranges of work field and power of stimulating economic growth,has won the favor all over the world against the background of global economic integration.Now that the general aviation in China is lagging behind,some policies have been adopted,such as opening airspace,constructing general airports.General aviation industrial parks come into being as urban space units to support the construction of general airports and the industrial development of general aviation.The parks in China face both opportunities and challenges.Jiangxi,a major province of aviation,is entering the national system of general aviation.The general aviation industrial park in Nanchang high-tech zone,as an important development base of Jiangxi general aviation,has received much attention from the whole province as to its planning and development.In view of the practical needs in its planning and development,this paper is focused on the regional integration from both industrial development and space layout from the perspective of urban planning with multidisciplinary studies.At the early stage of its planning,the author of this paper,who had the honor to be a participant in the space layout,has offered some ideas about the collaborative planning of industry and space,in hopes of the success of this project.This paper includes three main parts---problem,analysis,solution.The first part unfolds by the pointcut of the relationship between general airports and aviation industry.It analyzes the general features of the industrial development and space layout of the industrial parks,and summarizes the current status and problems in their development in China.The second part goes further by focusing on the case of Nanchang high-tech industrial park,based on analysis of its resources and development conditions by SWOT.In the third part,a progressive study is made from the industrial development to overall space layout according to the idea of collaborative planning of industry and space.In industrial development,with the premise of integration of the park and its industry,specifying market demands of general aviation,orienting industrial development to One Hub,Two Centers,Four Bases,screening industries by industrial evaluation index system and decision matrix of industry selection,constructing the industrial chain,and planning the time series of industrial development.In space layout,with the guidance of industrial development,making the macro andoverall planning,building an operating network of general aviation through the layout of general airports,constructing Two Cores One Belt Three Zones,categorizing the industrial functions of the Three Zones,and making proposals of supporting measures for implementing the planning project afterwards.
