Research On Industrial Space Layout Of High-tech Industrial Development Zone From The Perspective Of Industrial Upgrading

China's High-tech Industrial Development Zone is an special industrial agglomeration space based on technology research and development.It undertakes the important responsibility of transforming scientific and technological achievements into advanced productivity.The industrial space of High-tech Industrial Development Zone can hardly satisfy the current needs of industrial upgrading in the space.It's due to government attaches great importance to economic benefits and little attention to space.This paper is based on the urgent need of industrial upgrading according to the China's New Normal.With the popularization and promotion of the "Made in China 2025" plan and the "Internet+" plan,this paper studies the present problems that industrial space layout cannot match the industrial upgrading in Chinese High-Tech Industrial Development Zone.It finds that the land,the function,supporting facilities and environment existing problems.Through theoretical studying,field visiting,policy researching and other research methods,this paper discusses the main factors that affect the industrial space layout of high-tech zones in the light of multidisciplinary comprehensive thinking from the macro,meso and micro three dimensions.It suggests optimizing the industrial space layout of high-tech zones by raising the efficiency of land use,making city-industry integration and industrial agglomeration.Finally,taking Mianyang High-tech Industrial Development Zone as an example,this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
