As the core resource of enterprises,Human Resources have a very important impact on the development and progress of enterprises.The best tool for enterprises to keep competitive is product,the quality of a product depends on its technology,and the improvement of technology depends on talent reserve.Therefore,it is the primary task to establish a scientific incentive mechanism for R& D personnel.The unique value of R& D personnel lies in the fact that their skills can create the possibility of technological progress for the enterprise,so it is necessary to explore the talent incentive mechanism with the enterprise’ s own characteristics.With the advance of The Times,science and technology are changing with each passing day,and the age of knowledge and information also follows.The core of today’ s market competition is the competition of talents and the competition of human resources which have synthetic stuff.Only enterprises that master the advantages of talents can stand out in this competition.This paper selects all the R&D personnel of AC Company,a domestic listed new energy enterprise,as the research object,objectively discusses the existing problems in the incentive system of AC company’ s R& D personnel,and makes an in-depth analysis on how to attract,cultivate,retain and manage talents.As a leading enterprise in the field of power batteries in China,AC is faced with the challenge of research and development talent drain and insufficient incentive mechanism.To solve these problems,this study designed a questionnaire survey to collect relevant data and opinions.Through the investigation,we suggest that AC company should provide more career development opportunities and training support,establish effective communication channels,strengthen the transparency of decision-making,encourage employees to participate in the decision-making process and other improvement measures to optimize the incentive system for R&D personnel,so as to further improve the incentive mechanism to stimulate employees’ innovation ability and work enthusiasm.This study has a deeper understanding of the effectiveness of the incentive system for R& D personnel in AC company,and puts forward improvement suggestions to help AC company further optimize its incentive system,improve the job satisfaction and performance of R& D personnel,so as to promote the long-term development of the company.It can also provide some reference for the optimization of incentive system and enterprise management practice of similar enterprises in the future.
