| For modern enterprises,mastering knowledge and applying knowledge is an important way to realize technological innovation,product innovation and enhance enterprise competitiveness.Scientific and technological enterprises need to create a good incentive mechanism and corporate culture to absorb,retain and use outstanding R&D talents,stimulate their innovation potential and realize the success of enterprise R&D activities.How to motivate R&D personnel effectively and what means can be used to stimulate the maximum potential of R&D personnel are the common problems faced by many science and technology enterprises.This paper adopts two research methods,case analysis method and questionnaire method,and takes NV company as the research object to study the problems existing in NV company at the present stage,and discusses the reasons for the problems.NV company is a science and technology enterprise.Only through technology innovation,product innovation,service innovation,etc.,can science and technology enterprises have core competitive advantages.Research and development personnel in science and technology enterprises shoulder the important responsibility of whether the enterprise can maintain continuous innovation.Through the research and analysis of NV company’s actual incentive plan,it is found that the salary structure is unreasonable,the lack of long-term incentive measures,and the benefits are unitary and fixed.In terms of growth and promotion,career planning is neglected and promotion system lacks standardization.In terms of training and development,there is a lack of systematic and perfect training system for R&D personnel,and the training of new recruits is relatively traditional.In the aspect of enterprise culture,the construction of enterprise culture is not enough.Based on this,this paper designs the incentive optimization scheme for NV company’s R&D personnel from the aspects of salary structure,promotion channel,training mechanism and so on,and lists the guarantee measures for the implementation of incentive optimization scheme.The research in this paper provides guidance and policy Suggestions for NV companies and similar enterprises to develop incentive schemes for R&D personnel,and also provides certain reference value for studying incentive schemes for R&D personnel in other enterprises. |
