| Because of the economic level of ascension,the economic benefits of enterprise level is also rising,the staff of working environment,promotion and vocational training,salary and welfare level and so expectations rise,when the enterprise is unable to provide staff with their expectations of these benefits or other elements,workers tend to have negative emotions or slacking,unfavorable to the operation and development of the enterprise.Therefore,the employee incentive mechanism has an important impact on the enterprise’s human resource management and the development of business activities.The role of motivation is to stimulate the staff’s work enthusiasm,give play to the staff’s subjective initiative,so that they are more active in the work.This paper selects ZQ group,a famous automobile manufacturer in China,as the research object to analyze and study its employee incentive mechanism,hoping to promote the improvement of the group’s human resource management quality and level and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise.Because ZQ group technology center focus a lot of technical personnel,so the author choose ZQ group technology center as the research focus,first of all,the connotation of incentive and incentive mechanism,through to the domestic and foreign research on incentive mechanism,summarizes the classic enterprise incentive mechanism,based on the collected through questionnaire methods such as the group technology center staff information,analys is of the technical personnel incentive situation,summarizes the technical center of the defects in the incentive mechanism,combining with the situation of the management of the group technology center and requirements,reference of the existing theoreti cal results to optimize the incentive mechanism,Can not only make technical personnel’s individual needs are met,there is conducive to the development of the enterprise actual work,better able to mobilize and exert group technology center technical staff,the director of the initiative,promote enterprises to achieve the goals of building a world-class commercial vehicle group,finally for newly hired technical personnel security incentive mechanism implemented measures are put forward.Based on the incentive theory and taking the technical staff of ZQ group technology center as the research object,this paper expounds the current incentive status of the technical staff of ZQ group technology center,such as the salary mechanism,career management,educat ion and training incentive and welfare system.Through questionnaire survey,this paper summarizes the reasons for the low satisfaction of the incentive mechanism of technical staff in the technical center of ZQ group,including ineffective implementation of salary incentive,lack of career development planning,poor education and training effect,and imperfect welfare mechanism.On this basis,an optimization scheme of the incentive mechanism for technical personnel in ZQ group technology center is proposed to optimize the incentive mechanism and human resource management system of ZQ group technology center,so as to enhance the target and systematization of the group’s human resource management and promote the realization of the strategic objectives of th e enterprise.In addition,the research of the paper also has certain reference value for other domestic enterprises engaged in heavy vehicle manufacturing. |
